On November 20, 2020, in the Taiwan Industrial Park of Tienan Economic Development Zone, Tieling County, the 300,000-ton annual livestock and poultry feed mill plant project of Liaoning Damuren Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. introduced by the government of Xiongguantun Town, Tieling County has entered the countdown stage.
At the large capacity livestock and poultry feed mill plant project construction site, workers are installing interior facilities in the constructed workshop.
The animal feed mill plant project with an annual output of 300,000 tons of livestock and poultry feed is invested by Heilongjiang Damuren Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 120 million yuan (18,840,000USD), covering an area of 51.99 acres and a total construction area of 39,465㎡.
It mainly produces complete formula feed for livestock and poultry animals. The current construction is the first phase of the 300,000-ton annual livestock and poultry feed mill plant project, which started in April this year, including a raw material warehouse of more than 7,000 ㎡, a finished product workshop of more than 3,200㎡, a main workshop of more than 4,000 square meters, and a 3-story comprehensive office building of more than 2,000㎡.
In the main workshop of the 300,000 tons per year large scale animal livestock and poultry feed mill plant project, you can see animal feed processing equipment such as animal feed pellet machines and cooling towers. The complete production process of feed from raw materials to finished products needs to go through multiple processes such as crushing, batching, and mixing.
At present, the animal feed production equipment in the main workshop has been basically installed and is being debugged. The entire animal feed production process of the large scale animal livestock and poultry feed mill plant is mainly automated. According to the current debugging progress, trial production of the animal feed mill plant can start in about 20 days.

The products produced by the customer feed company are also mainly pig feed. The sales volume of the products in Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province ranks first in the industry, and the sales volume in Liaoning is also the top three in the industry.

After the first-phase and second-phase animal feed production projects are all put into production, the annual production capacity will increase to 300,000 tons, and the annual output value will be 600 million yuan (94200000USD). Profits and taxes were 25 million yuan (3925000USD), and 100 new jobs were created.
