1. Fermentation System
   Compost turner are widely used to turn and mix the compost and accelerate the fermentation speed. There are two types compost turner: Self-propelled compost turner and hydraulic compost turner. The composting process is done outdoors where the product is accumulated on piles and are periodically turned by a mechanical turning machine, in order to obtain the correct drying and fermentation.
2. Crushing System
   The compost lump materials should be crushed before the granulating system. But there is no crushing process when the compost material is fine enough. The organic raw materials that have been crushed and passed through the grading sieve are directly quantitatively packaged after being inspected (sent to an external inspection), which is the powdery finished organic fertilizer. Through granulation, it becomes granular finished organic fertilizer.
3. Batching & Mixing System
   According to different soil conditions and different crops, inorganic nutrients and concentrated organic matter and trace element minerals are added to make fertilizers contain a variety of nutrients required for plant growth, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, manganese, zinc, copper, etc.
   
   According to the organic fertilizer formula, the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the fermented materials are mixed by computer and transported to the granulator for granulation. In addition, the formula of organic and inorganic raw materials is fully mixed in the mixer according to different series of products.
4. Granulating System
   Since the production of organic fertilizer is mainly organic matter, there is more cellulose, poor forming conditions, and the addition of live bacteria with fertilization function, the production process should not be exposed to high temperature, and the organic fertilizer granulation method should not use disc granulation and drum granulation method.
   
   Because these two processes have very high requirements for the fineness of raw materials (but the manufacturers of this type of equipment will never explain, they will be required to configure other equipment to achieve the fineness requirements close to flour), and organic fertilizer moisture content after pelleting is high, and the general moisture content should reach about 30%.
   For this reason, the drying load is large, the effective bacteria loss is also large, and the ball formation rate is low, (about 60% to 70%), the dust during the production process is very large, and the operation The environment is very poor.

5. Drying System

6. Cooling system
   Cooler is used for cooling fertilizer to make fertilizer pellets stronger.
7. Screening System
   Screening machine is used to separate the granules from the large particles which need to be returned for the second crushing and granulating.
8. Coating System(Optional)
   Organic fertilizer coating can effectively prevent powder agglomeration, also can add enzyme preparations in it. For the powder coating, coating system machinery mainly including coating machine, screw conveyor and hopper. For the liquid coating, the whole system mainly including coating, high-pressure oil pump and fuel tank.
9. Packing System
   Bagging machine includes automatic weighing, sewing, feeding and other parts. It realizes full automation of material bagging from final product discharging to packing and completes automatic feeding, weighing, bagging, sewing and other operating procedures successively.
