Power supply

Brief description of process flow

Initial cleaning and screening of raw materials

The raw materials of the project mainly include bulk raw materials such as wheat, corn, meal, and powder materials such as salt. All raw materials are bagged and are temporarily stored in the raw material warehouse after purchase. Wheat, corn, meal and other raw materials need to be crushed, while salt and other powdered materials do not need to be crushed.

Salt and other raw materials are manually unpacked and fed from the feeding hopper and the feeding fence by manual feeding; wheat, corn, etc. are fed directly from the feeding hopper and the feeding fence.

Raw material crushing

According to the formula amount and batching sequence set by the system, the raw materials are conveyed by the batching auger and entered into the batching scale for cumulative measurement. Mixing mainly uses a high-efficiency mixer with double-shaft blades. After each material enters the mixer, the materials are gradually mixed evenly through the mechanical action of the blades.

Pelleting & Cooling section

Cooling is a physical process that reduces the moisture inside and outside the feed to a qualified moisture range.

Graded packaging section

The cooled pellet finished products enter the plane rotary classifying screen through the elevator to complete three-stage screening. The qualified finished products in the middle enter the finished product warehouse, the powdery material under the screen re-enters the animal feed granulator for granulation.

And the material above the upper screen (mainly materials stuck together due to insufficient drying) returns to the cooling and drying system for cooling and drying processing.

The products in the finished product warehouse are divided into two parts: bulk and bagged. Bulk is transported by tanker directly by the buyer. The bagged finished products are graded by vibrating screens and then packed into warehouse.

Powdered finished products that do not require granulation will directly enter the finished product warehouse after completing the third process (ingredient mixing), and will be packaged and stored in the warehouse after being vibrated and screened.

The main purpose of vibrating screening of powdery materials is to remove powdery lumps. After being collected, the lumps are directly returned to the mixing system for reprocessing.
