OVERVIEW

The Egyptian customer is an investor who has never been exposed to the feed processing business before. Based on the prospects of the feed industry in Egypt and surrounding countries, the customer decided to invest in the construction of a compound animal feed mill machine project with an annual output of 20,000 tons, with an hourly output of 8-10t/.h, and a total investment of 480,000 US dollars.

It will process livestock, poultry, aquatic products and other compound feeds, and the main process is: cutting materials (corn, wheat, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, rice bran, etc.) → crushing → mixing → granulation → packaging.

Main raw and auxiliary materials

Power supply

Water supply

The water used in this 8-10t/h feed mill construction in Egypt project is connected to the urban municipal pipe network. The water used in the project is mainly production water, domestic water and boiler feed water. The water for the project is supplied by the municipal water network, and the water consumption is approximately 1960t/a.

Drainage

Domestic sewage from the animal feed pellet production line project enters septic tanks for treatment and is handed over to surrounding villagers for use in farmland fertilization without being discharged; boiler water is recycled and used without discharge.

Rationality of project layout

This 8-10t/h feed mill construction in Egypt project is divided into production area, storage area and living and office area, with the entrance and exit set in the north. Brief description of process flow

  1. Initial cleaning and screening of raw materials
    The raw materials of the project mainly include bulk raw materials such as wheat, corn, meal, and powder materials such as salt. All raw materials are bagged and are temporarily stored in the raw material warehouse after purchase. Wheat, corn, meal and other raw materials need to be crushed, while salt and other powdered materials do not need to be crushed.
    The 8-10t/h feed mill construction in Egypt project uses one feeding system to feed materials separately. Salt and other raw materials are manually unpacked and fed from the feeding hopper and the feeding fence by manual feeding; wheat, corn, etc. are fed directly from the feeding hopper and the feeding fence.
    After the raw materials are added, they are lifted by the scraper conveyor and elevator and then enter next process.The granular material enters the bin to be crushed after being screened by the cylinder primary cleaning screen and the magnetic separation of the permanent magnet cylinder.
    The primary cleaning screen is mainly used to remove some large impurities, and the magnetic separation is mainly used to remove some magnetic impurities in the raw materials and protect equipment and feed. safety.
    The powder that does not need to be crushed directly enters the batching bin after being screened by the conical powder sieve and magnetically separated by the permanent magnet cylinder.
  2. Raw material crushing
    This 8-10t/h feed mill construction in Egypt process is mainly carried out for the granular materials that need to be crushed. The screened raw materials are crushed to a particle size of 5.0mm by the crusher, and the crushed raw materials are mixed according to a certain proportion. The crushed raw materials are lifted by the elevator and then enter the batching bin.
  3. Ingredients and mixing section
    According to the formula amount and batching sequence set by the system, the raw materials are conveyed by the batching auger and entered into the batching scale for cumulative measurement. The small materials are added from the small material port through the small material adding machine, and the two enter the mixer together for mixing.
    Mixing mainly uses a high-efficiency mixer with double-shaft blades. After each material enters the mixer, the materials are gradually mixed evenly through the mechanical action of the blades.
  4. Pelleting & Cooling section
    The 8-10t/h feed mill construction in Egypt project products include powder and granular forms. After the ingredients are mixed, the powdery product can be obtained, and the powdery product directly enters the finished product warehouse.

    Pelleting is mainly to improve palatability, improve feed digestibility, reduce animal pickiness, avoid automatic grading of feed ingredients, and kill salmonella in animal feed.
    After the material is pressed by animal feed pellet machine, it enters the cooling tower evenly through the air closer and distributor. The cooling tower cools and dries the material through counter-wind air drying, and automatically discharges the material through material level induction. Cooling is a physical process that reduces the moisture inside and outside the feed to a qualified moisture range.
  5. Graded packaging section
    The cooled pellet finished products enter the plane rotary classifying screen through the elevator to complete three-stage screening. The qualified finished products in the middle enter the finished product warehouse, the powdery material under the screen re-enters the animal feed granulator for granulation.
    And the material above the upper screen (mainly materials stuck together due to insufficient drying) returns to the cooling and drying system for cooling and drying processing.
    The products in the finished product warehouse are divided into two parts: bulk and bagged. Bulk is transported by tanker directly by the buyer. The bagged finished products are graded by vibrating screens and then packed into warehouse.
    Powdered finished products that do not require granulation will directly enter the finished product warehouse after completing the third process (ingredient mixing), and will be packaged and stored in the warehouse after being vibrated and screened.
    The main purpose of vibrating screening of powdery materials is to remove powdery lumps. After being collected, the lumps are directly returned to the mixing system for reprocessing.
