According to the feeding features of different aquatic animals, benthic animals like sinking fish, which are used to finding food at the bottom of water and using a slower way of eating, the fish food pellets(also called bottom feeder pellets) cannot be too hard, and minimize the loss of small debris during eating process. Therefore, the sinking fish food pellets is more suitable, it is easy to absorb water and to be soften, also can reduce the loss of small debris, the feed waste and water pollution. Moreover, sinking fish food for ponds has long water resistance and high maturity.

1. Raw material grinding section
   Crushing the material can improve the water stability and digestibility of feed pellet. Our fish feed grinder can satisfy your needs for small fish feed production line. We can also supply crushing machines for large fish feed pellet production line.
2. Feed mixing section
   Mixing is an main process to ensure the quality and improve the effect of sinking fish feed. We provide horizontal ribbon feed mixer to mix fish feed ingredients, which can mix evenly. Large loading coefficient, small floor area, the fish feed mixer is widely used in fish feed plant.
3. Fish Food pelletizing section
   We have fish feed pelletizer, dry type fish feed extruder machine and wet type fish feed extruder machine for pelletizing. In this 5t/h sinking fish food production plant, the customer chose a fish feed pelleting machine.
4. Sinking fish feed drying section
   We provide fish feed dryer machine for drying the sinking fish food coming out of the fish feed machine. The sinking fish food are spread evenly on a wire mesh belt conveyor and conveyed within the fish food dryer. Hot air passes through the sinking fish food and brings away the moisture.
5. Sinking fish feed packing section
