Farm 600,000 Chickens Choose Feed Pellet Machine

A customer consulted us and said: "We have a large farm with about 600,000 chickens and want to use a feed pellet machine or a chicken feed pellet production line. I don't know whether to choose a flat die pellet machine or a ring die pellet machine." First, one chicken needs about 120 grams of chicken feed a day, and 600,000 chickens need 600,000x120g÷1000g=72000kg=72t/d, and the chicken feed pellets needed a day are 72 tons.
If it is produced according to 20 hours a day, the output per hour = 72 tons ÷ 20h = 3.6 tons / hour
If it is produced in 16 hours a day, the output per hour = 72 tons ÷ 16 h= 4.5 tons / hour
If the production is 8 hours a day, the output per hour = 72 tons ÷ 8 h = 9 tons / hour. The size of the pellet machine needed is calculated based on how many hours a day is produced.
