How does the new husk pellet mill run in?
Before the new husk pellet mill run in, we should prepare raw materials, waste engine oil, fine sand, etc. First we need to take a certain amount of raw materials (between 2-5 kg), add an appropriate amount of fine sand and waste engine oil to reconcile, then start the husk pellet mill, put in the raw materials, and constantly adjust the gap between the pressure roller and the grinding disc. Until the normal discharge, it should be noted here that when the gap is adjusted, the gap must not be too small, otherwise it will damage the pressure roller and the grinding disc; if it cannot be discharged normally, the small feed particles need to be removed. The machine bolts are loosened slightly.
