Question: What is the process of a 1 ton wood pellet machine production line and what equipment are needed?

Detail:I want to set up a wood pellet mill.Now i have some waste wood, and learnt from the web that wood pellets can be made for sale. I'd like to make 1 ton everyday.

Anyone who have a good suggestion? for example, what machines do i need? or can suggest me a reliable manufacturer. Thanks!

Do you have tree branches or wood chips? If you have tree branches, you might need a wood crusher, pellet machine, dryer, cooler or even a packing machine.

If you have wood chips, use a hammer mill instead of the wood crusher.
