The Special Extruded Aquatic Feed Mill Factory Project With An Annual Output Of 300,000 Tons Was Completed And Put Into Production

On the morning of March 8, 2019, the client aqua feed company, Aohua Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, held a completion and commissioning ceremony for the special extruded aquafeed mill factory project in cooperation with RICHI Machinery.

The Aohua Agriculture and Animal Husbandry extruded aquatic feed mill factory project with an annual output of 300,000 tons, which took more than a year to build, officially entered the production stage.

Taizhou Aohua Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd. is the third base subsidiary established by Shenzhen Aohua Group in Jiangsu. It is located in the city's agricultural product processing park. The total investment of the annual output of 100,000 tons extruded aquatic feed mill factory project is 220 million yuan (34540000USD). It is currently the largest investment and largest production capacity of production base of Aohua Group.

The annual output of 300,000 tons extruded aquatic feed mill factory project introduced Richi Machinery aqua fish feed processing equipment and built 2 high-grade extruded fish feed production lines with an output of 15 tons per hour, 2 high-grade shrimp and crab feed pellet production lines with an output of 5 tons per hour, and 1 submerged water hard pellet fish feed production line with an output of 15 tons per hour, with a designed production capacity of 300,000 tons.

From feeding to processing, the five aquatic feed production lines are basically automated, meeting the design requirements of safety, environmental protection and high efficiency.

The automation from feeding to discharging meets the design requirements of safety, environmental protection and high efficiency. After the annual output of 300,000 tons extruded aquatic fish feed mill factory project is completed and put into production, it is expected to produce 100,000 tons of extruded fish feed this year.

On March 8, in the finished product warehouse of the aqua feed factory project, workers were loading high-grade shrimp and crab hard pellets, submerged hard pellet fish feed and other special aquatic feeds onto trucks, ready to be transported to the farms in Suzhou, Shanghai and other places.
