This is a multifunctional premix feed mill project in Vietnam. This premix feed production project is a relocation and technical transformation project, also a completely new project. The factory buildings are newly built and the equipment is newly purchased.

This project covers the processing of 12 types of premix products. The output of each type of product is between 0.5-2t/h, with a total annual output of 100,000 tons.

Since the original project was a rented factory building, the factory area was limited, and the factory layout and environment could no longer meet the company's production capacity needs. Therefore, the Vietnamese customer's feed company relocated the feed factory to adapt to market development.

After the relocation is completed, the premix feed mill In Vietnam project will reach an annual production scale of 100,000 tons of additive premixed feed, including aquatic compound premix, pig compound premix, poultry compound premix, ruminant compound premix and corresponding animals Various types of trace elements and vitamin premixes.

All factories and ancillary buildings in the new factory area will be newly built, and 2 vitamin, trace element and compound premixed feed processing production lines and their supporting facilities will be built at the same time.

After the production line of this project is completed, it will mainly carry out pre-dilution, screening, mixing, packaging and other processes for the product, and does not involve the fermentation process.

Project composition

Premix feed production Process design

The main production process of this premix feed mill In Vietnam project is to transport the raw materials directly to the raw material warehouse through vehicles, and then make the finished premixed feed through dilution, screening and mixing processes.

The project has 2 production lines, located in the main workshop in the middle of the site, with a total of 7 floors. It mainly produces vitamins, trace elements and compound premixed feed.

Process Description:

  1. Pre-dilution of trace elements, vitamins, etc.:
    Various monomeric vitamins are pre-diluted twice as small materials by the premixer according to the proportion to form semi-finished products, pre-processed trace elements and vitamins, and are lifted to the small material feeding hopper through a bucket elevator.
  2. Preliminary cleaning screen:
    open the pulse bag dust collector, put the required carrier raw materials into the large bag feeding port vibrating screen for screening. After the powder is initially screened, it is transported to the sealed self-cleaning bucket elevator via a closed scraper conveyor.
    After the drawer-type screening machine screens out different fineness, the iron in it is absorbed by the permanent magnet cylinder, and then lifted to the rotating distributor by the bucket elevator, and distributed to the corresponding raw material bin.
    During the initial cleaning and screening process, separate larger particles, iron and other impurities, and return the sifted material to the feed hopper for re-screening.
  3. Batching and mixing:
    According to the formula, the computer controls the batching scale, and the required carrier raw materials are transported to the batching scale through a closed pipeline according to a certain proportion, and then enter the closed twin-shaft paddle mixer to mix evenly, and at the same time turn on the pulse dust removal .
    The pre-treated trace elements and vitamins are put into the small material feeding hopper in order according to the formula and proportion. After the feeding is completed, they are mixed to form various additive premixes.
  4. Automatic packaging:
    After mixing, put the premix into the finished product bin, turn on the pulse dust collector, and use a computer-controlled automatic quantitative packaging scale to perform packaging operations. At the same time, the products are inspected, and trace elements and vitamins are re-added to products that fail the inspection.
  5. Warehousing:
    Warehouse the packaged products for sale.

This premix feed production line In Vietnam project is a relocation and expansion project. The original feed factory buildings and related equipment will be demolished. The project will build new production workshops and office buildings. The basic principles of project layout are as follows:

  1. On the premise of meeting the production process flow, the functional divisions must be clear. The layout of the building should meet the requirements of the premix production process, ensure the continuity of the production process, make the operation assembly line the shortest and the production most convenient.
  2. Carry out reasonable arrangements according to the production process to separate the flow of people and logistics, and separate raw materials and finished products.
  3. The definition of production area and workshop layout shall strictly comply with the requirements of current national explosion protection, fire prevention, safety, health and other regulations.

According to the general layout of the premix feed mill In Vietnam project, the project office building is located on the southwest side of the site, the raw material and finished product warehouses are located in the middle of the site, and the main production workshop is located in the middle of the factory warehouse, far away from residents on the west and south sides, which can reduce the impact of project noise and exhaust gas on the surrounding areas.

At the same time, the production process mainly includes ingredients, feeding, screening, mixing, packaging, etc., which produces less air pollutants.

Moreover, the office building of this project is located in the cross-wind direction of the production workshop, so it will have less environmental impact. Overall, the layout of each production workshop in the project facilitates production, and the transportation in each section is reasonably organized, which can reduce the impact on surrounding sensitive points.

Exhaust gas

Dust

Source of pollution: Dust in this premix feed mill In Vietnam project is mainly generated from feeding, batching, screening, mixing, packaging and other processes, and the production processes are all located in the main workshop of this project.

During the project processing, feeding, screening, mixing, packaging and other processes are all in a closed space. A small amount of dust will be generated only when the raw materials are fed and put in and out. The pollution production coefficient of compound feed in the premixed feed product selection coefficient form is multiplied by the adjustment coefficient of 1.2. Therefore, the pollution coefficient of this project is 0.0492.

This premix feed mill In Vietnam project has a total of 2 production lines, producing a total of 100,000 tons of additive premix per year. The dust generation volume in the main workshop of the project is 4.92t/a, and the generation rate is 2.05kg/h (the annual working time is 300 days, 8 Hour).

Control measures: Each production line's feeding, batching, screening, mixing, packaging machine and other dust-producing positions are equipped with gas collection devices to collect dust. After collection, it is processed by pulse-type bag dust collectors (10 sets in total) matched with each equipment. , and finally discharged through a 15m-high exhaust pipe P1.

The collection efficiency of the dust collector is 95%, the processing efficiency of the pulse bag dust collector is 98%, and the total air volume of the pulse bag dust collector fan in the main workshop is 17,400m3/h. After calculation, the amount of dust collected and processed by the pulse bag dust collector device is 4.58t/a, and the organized emission amount is 0.09t/a.

This part of the dust is processed by the pulse bag dust collector and passes through the 15m high exhaust gas Barrel P1 discharges. In addition, the amount of dust that does not enter the pulse bag dust collector device is 0.25t/a, and this part of the dust is discharged through unorganized emissions.

Generator combustion exhaust gas

This premix feed mill In Vietnam project is equipped with a diesel generator set as an emergency power source in the standby generator room. The generator set uses diesel as fuel, which will produce a small amount of smoke, NOx, SO2 and other pollutants during use.

Treatment measures: After the combustion exhaust gas of the generator is processed by the built-in smoke and dust removal device, it is collected by the exhaust system and led to the roof through the ventilation duct for discharge.

Since the combustion of 0# diesel produces less pollution, the frequency of use of the generator is extremely low, and it has its own smoke and dust removal device. As long as it is operated strictly according to the requirements and the combustion conditions are well controlled, the main pollutants in the combustion exhaust gas, such as smoke, NOx, and SO2, can be eliminated.

Achieve emission standards. At the same time, because the backup generator is only used during power outages, it has a low probability of use, a short use time, and intermittent emissions, so it has little impact on the surrounding air quality.

Noise

During the operation of the premix feed mill In Vietnam project, the noise source is mainly from the operation of production equipment in the main workshop. Based on the characteristics of the project’s noise sources, the project plans to take the following noise prevention and control measures:

Solid waste
