Plane layout

The area where the cat litter production line in South Korea project is located is flat, and the transportation of raw materials and finished products is convenient.

Raw material storage

The raw materials of this cat litter pellet plant in Korea project, soybean fiber, corn starch and pine wood, are bagged materials, all purchased from outside. The raw material truck is a closed transport vehicle, and is directly stored after entering the factory.

Feeding, batching, and mixing

The raw materials are transported to the workshop by a manual material cart, and manually fed into the elevator loading port in the batching room. The materials are automatically weighed and transported to the mixer by a closed spiral elevator. Water is added according to the proportion, the materials are fully mixed, and the mixer is sealed.

Granulation

The evenly mixed wet materials are transported to the cat litter granulator by a closed elevator. The steam enters the cat litter pellet machine through a pipeline and directly contacts the materials for granulation. The granulation is closed and the steam does not overflow. The wet materials are squeezed in the granulator and segmented products are cut out by the ring hole.

Drying

The granulated product is transported to the oven by a closed conveyor belt and dried by steam heating. The oven is closed and equipped with an induced draft fan. The fan is connected to a pulse bag dust collector. The granules become hard and strong after drying.

Screening

The material becomes large granules after drying. The dried product is transported to the vibrating screen by a conveyor belt for screening. According to product requirements, the product particles with a particle size of <5mm are unqualified products.

They are screened out through the screening process. The unqualified products are collected and reused in production. The pellets moves into the packaging process with the vibration of the vibrating screen.

Packaging

The cat litter pellet is sent into the packaging machine in equal amounts with the vibration. The packaging machine automatically bags and seals the bag. After the bagging is completed, the product is ready for sale.
