In India’s broiler industry, feed typically contains 55-60% maize, 25% soybean meal, 10% rice bran, 3% sunflower cake, and about 2% mineral mix and amino acids. The mill uses these ingredients because of their cost-effectiveness, high energy content, and local availability.
