The facility encompasses breeding farms, hatcheries, a massive feed mill, and climate-controlled broiler houses. Their feed mill, designed for unparalleled output, produces thousands of tons of broiler feed pellets weekly.

The entire operation is optimized around achieving the lowest possible FCR. During a comprehensive process audit, they identified the cooling stage as a potential area for improvement. Their existing cooling towers, while functional, were energy-intensive due to the extreme summer heat (regularly above 45°C) and occasionally allowed slight inconsistencies in final pellet temperature.

In a system where every calorie and nutrient counts, even minor thermal stress on the feed post-pelleting was viewed as an opportunity cost. To further optimize feed quality and energy use, they decided to purchase a single, ultra-efficient broiler feed pellet cooler.
