RICHI Completes Simultaneous Delivery of Two Feed Projects in New Zealand and Australia

Recently, RICHI Machinery simultaneously delivered complete sets of customized corn processing and animal feed production lines for clients in New Zealand and Australia, respectively. Through RICHI's customized system solutions, the two clients in Oceania achieved a dual improvement in food safety and production efficiency.

For the New Zealand client, who had stringent requirements for corn food processing safety, RICHI designed a fully food-grade corn processing production line. The core equipment uses a customized food-grade corn grinder, meeting international food safety standards in both materials and processes, ensuring a pollution-free process from raw material crushing to powder production. Furthermore, all equipment uses high-end Siemens motors, reducing energy consumption while ensuring stable operation, helping the client achieve green, long-term, and stable production.

For the Australian client, RICHI customized a bird feed grinding and dust removal system, focusing on the corrosion resistance and long service life requirements of outdoor sites. At the client's request, RICHI customized the equipment to withstand the corrosive effects of the local high humidity and high salt spray environment. The accompanying pulse dust collector system is designed to high explosion-proof standards and equipped with an intelligent reverse-flushing cleaning device that automatically adapts to different material characteristics, ensuring consistently stable dust removal efficiency.
