Recently, RICHI Machinery completed the packaging and shipment of its second batch of bio-organic fertilizer granulation equipment for the United States. With this, our company has successfully completed the delivery of both Phase I and Phase II customized organic fertilizer granulation systems for a US customer.
This time, RICHI Machinery contracted to construct two sets of bio-organic fertilizer equipment for a large US livestock farming group: a Phase I system with four cow dung organic fertilizer granulation systems and a Phase II system with two pig manure organic fertilizer granulation systems. The organic fertilizer production project utilizes an integrated, efficient "raw material pretreatment + fermentation + granulation" process, enabling rapid dehydration, fermentation, and granulation of high-moisture raw materials such as pig and cow manure, ultimately producing high-quality bio-organic fertilizer.
In recent years, the United States has vigorously promoted the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste and introduced a number of policies to encourage the replacement of chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers. The two sets of equipment will help the customer produce high-quality organic fertilizers. This will not only dispose of waste from surrounding farms, reducing environmental pollution, but also provide efficient fertilizer for local farmland, promoting the development of a green circular economy.
