Complete 2T/H Animal Feed Pellet Line Shipped to Cape Verde

On April 25th, we shipped a complete 2 tons per hour animal feed pellet line to a customer in Cape Verde. The equipment is now on its way, and installation is scheduled for the end of June.

A Different Kind of Customer Relationship

What makes this project worth mentioning is how it came together. The customer never visited our factory. He never shook hands with our team or walked through our production floor. Everything happened online.

He contacted multiple suppliers, asked questions, compared answers. He told us later that no other supplier could match the level of detail we provided. We didn't just answer his questions — we helped him understand questions he hadn't thought to ask. Technical concerns he'd been worried about, we solved. Problems he didn't even know existed, we identified and addressed before they could become issues.

By the time he made his decision, he'd built enough trust through email and calls to place the order without ever seeing our factory in person. That doesn't happen often, and when it does, it means something.

What the Line Includes

The 2 tons per hour system is a complete animal feed production line:

• Raw material receiving and cleaning
• Hammer mill for grinding grains
• Horizontal mixer for uniform blending
• Ring die feed pellet mill sized for 2t/h output
• Counterflow cooler for proper pellet hardening
• Screening and grading equipment
• Automatic bagging system
• Control panel with basic automation
• All conveyors and elevators

It's designed for a small to medium operation — enough to supply local livestock and poultry farmers without being oversized for the market.

Why 2 Tons Per Hour Makes Sense for Cape Verde

Cape Verde is a small island nation. Importing feed is expensive and supply chains can be unreliable. A local production line at this scale gives the customer control over their own supply, reduces dependence on imports, and creates a local product that farmers can trust.

The line can produce feed for multiple species — chickens, pigs, goats, cattle — just by adjusting recipes and die sizes. That flexibility is important in a smaller market where you need to serve different customers with limited equipment.

Installation Plans

The equipment will arrive in Cape Verde in the coming weeks. Installation is scheduled for the end of June. Our team will provide remote support throughout, and we're prepared to send a technician if needed.

The customer has a local crew ready to handle the mechanical work. We've sent detailed drawings and will be available for video calls during the process.

Once the line is up and running, we welcome customers from Cape Verde and nearby countries to visit and see it in operation. There's nothing like seeing a working plant to understand what's possible.
