Installation Update: 4T/H Chicken Feed Pellet Line in Uzbekistan

During May, we sent one of our engineers to Uzbekistan to supervise the installation of the 4 tons per hour chicken feed production line. The equipment had arrived safely, the site was ready, and it was time to put everything together.

The Installation Timeline

We'd planned for a standard installation period, but nature had other ideas. May turned out to be the rainy season in this part of Uzbekistan, and the weather slowed things down. Wet conditions make outdoor work difficult — lifting equipment, moving components, coordinating with local crews. We lost a few days here and there waiting for the rain to clear.

In the end, installation took about 20 days total. A bit longer than we'd hoped, but the customer understood. Sometimes you can't control the weather.

What Went Well

Aside from the rain delays, everything else went according to plan:

• The equipment arrived in good condition — no damage from shipping
• Foundations were correctly poured based on our drawings
• The local installation crew was capable and worked well with our engineer
• All major components fit together as designed
• Electrical connections and control systems worked on first try

When the weather cooperated, the work moved quickly. Our engineer reported that the customer's team was eager to learn and asked good questions throughout the process.

Commissioning and Training

Once the mechanical installation was complete, we moved to commissioning. This is where we test everything — run the equipment empty, check for any issues, then start introducing material and adjusting settings.

The chicken poultry feed production line ran smoothly from the start. We produced the first bags of chicken feed within a day of startup. The customer's operators were trained on:

The Customer's Reaction
