Delivery: 4T/H Chicken Feed Pellet Line Shipped to Uzbekistan

On March 12th, 2016, we completed the shipment of a 4 tons per hour chicken feed pellet production line to our customer in Uzbekistan. The equipment left our factory as scheduled and is now on its way to its new home.

The Customer's Decision Process

This order didn't happen overnight. The customer spent time researching their options, and like many serious buyers, they came to China to see things firsthand. They visited several factories during their trip — walked through production floors, looked at equipment, talked with sales teams and engineers.

After seeing multiple facilities and comparing what each could offer, they made their choice. They selected us based on what they saw: a large-scale factory operation, professional practices throughout the manufacturing process, and a level of service that stood out from the other suppliers they'd met.

It's always good when a customer does their homework and still decides we're the right partner. It means the choice was informed, not impulsive.

The Line They Chose

The 4 tons per hour chicken feed line is designed specifically for poultry feed production. The system includes:

• Raw material receiving and cleaning
• Hammer mill for grain grinding
• Horizontal mixer for uniform blending
• Ring die feed pellet mill sized for 4t/h output
• Counterflow cooler for proper pellet hardening
• Screening and grading equipment
• Automatic bagging system
• Control panel with basic automation
• All necessary conveyors and elevators

It's a complete package — everything needed to start producing quality chicken feed from day one.

Why 4 Tons Per Hour?

For a poultry operation in Uzbekistan, 4 tons per hour is a practical scale. It's enough to supply a decent-sized flock without being oversized for the market. The customer can run one shift and get about 30 tons per day, or run two shifts and double that. As their business grows, they have room to increase production without buying new equipment.

The chicken poultry feed production line is also flexible enough to handle different formulations — starter feeds for chicks, grower rations, layer feeds. Just a matter of adjusting recipes and die selection.

Shipping and Next Steps

The equipment is now in transit. Once it arrives in Uzbekistan, the customer will handle installation with our remote support. We've provided detailed drawings and will be available for questions throughout the process.

If needed, we can also send a technician for on-site assistance, but the customer has capable people on their end who've done this before.

A Note on Uzbekistan

We've been seeing increased interest from Central Asia, and Uzbekistan in particular. The country's poultry sector has been growing, and more producers are realizing that making their own feed gives them better control over quality and costs. Imported feed is expensive and supply can be uncertain. Local production makes sense.

This project is one of several we've done in the region. Each one teaches us a little more about local conditions, raw materials, and what customers actually need.
