The main raw material of this project is rice husk, which is more than 70% combustible. The heat output of rice husk is 12560-15070kJ/kg, which is about half of standard coal. The main by-product of the rice mills is rice husk, which provides raw materials for the project.

The project is located in Muziyuan Group, Lijialong Village, Longguangqiao Town, Heshan District, Yiyang City. The project will construct 3 production lines that process wood sawdust, rice husks, and reed residue into shaped biomass pellets, with a production scale of 30,000 tons per year. This project consists of main engineering, environmental protection engineering, public engineering, and supporting engineering. The project composition is shown in the table below.

Formed biomass pellet products: The raw material is mainly rice husk, with a diameter of about 8mm, a length of 2~3cm, ash content ≦8.0%, density ≧1.1t/m3, and low calorific value 3200kg/kcal. The moisture content of the finished product is less than 2%.

Brief description: The process of this project has strict requirements on the moisture content of raw materials. According to the construction party, the moisture content of the raw materials purchased in this project is less than 12%, and the moisture content of the finished product is not higher than 2%.
The raw materials pass through the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor and enter the feed port of the crusher for crushing. Crushing is to turn large-diameter solid raw materials into smaller particles. Since the raw materials purchased have large diameters, they need to be crushed to avoid affecting the normal operation of the subsequent pelletizing process.
The crushed raw materials are fed from the feed port. Under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, moisture is discharged to the atmosphere through the roof exhaust fan in the form of water vapor. The raw materials are compressed into molded biomass particles and transported to the next process by a belt conveyor. Electric heating is used in the granulation process.
The formed biomass pellets are transported to the elevator by the conveyor belt, the position is lifted, and then cooled by the induced air of the cooler, and packed into bags.
The entire production process of the project is completed on a closed assembly line, only raw material conveying, pelletizing feed conveying, and finished product conveying are open. The closed operation process is equipped with a bag filter for dust control, and the open operation process is equipped with a sweeping and vacuum cleaner for dust control.

The labor force is 10 people, the annual working days are 300 days, Chinese food is included, accommodation is not included, and no production is performed every day from 22:00 to 6:00.
