Hi, I need a quote on a floating (for at least 30 minutes) fish feed extruder with following ingredients in capacity 1 ton per hour in 4.5mm diameter pellets. Also need any preconditioning of the feed. We would supply all conveyors, bins, hammer mill, blender etc. If you need to dry, cool and coat, also quote that. Plse send picture and process and references where you have installed this. Feed would consist of the following: rapeseed, soybean, sunflower meal, DDGS(Dryied distillers grains), corn/maize/gluten feed, Meat flour.
Floating Fish Feed
Our fish feed pellet production line is the complete procedure of feed pellet production with capacity of 150-10000kg/h. This line is designed for making commercial pellets from corn, maize, grass, grains, protein, molasses and so on, and final pellets with different shapes, unique flavor, rich nutrients and fine texture, are widely used as aquatic and pet feed like goldfish, tropical fish, catfish, shrimps, dog, cat and etc.. The output of the fish feed extruder is generally 0.03-4t/h, and the effect of the extruder is very good. When the raw material is sent into feeding device, they will be pressed by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which can make the raw material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the pressed material will be formed into pellets by shaping mold. After that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required.

Advantages of Fish Pellet Feed
● Storage: can be kept for two to three months when stored in a covered cool dry place.
● Hygiene: expansion process can eliminate most bacteria. Low moisture content (about 10%) can prevent bacterial growth.
