Armenia 4 T/H Fruit Processing Waste Organic Fertilizer Plant Moves Toward Commissioning

A 4 t/h organic fertilizer production line in Armenia is approaching mechanical commissioning after installation of the main crushing, mixing, granulating and screening sections.

The customer processes stabilized organic material derived partly from fruit-processing residues together with other prepared plant-based organic components.

Fresh wet fruit pulp is not being fed directly into the granulator.

Stabilization Happens Before Mechanical Fertilizer Production

Fruit-processing residues are wet and biologically active when fresh.

They require appropriate composting/stabilization and moisture preparation before they become a suitable input to the downstream fertilizer machinery.

RICHI Machinery's complete mechanical line begins with already prepared organic material.

Depending on formula, the customer can incorporate approved mineral or nutrient components before granulation.

No universal fruit-waste percentage has been assigned.

The Plant Is Designed for More Than One Granule

The first commercial range includes approximately 3–4 mm organic fertilizer granules for standard agricultural distribution.

A larger 4–6 mm specification is also planned for selected soil-improvement products.

Screening separates the saleable fraction and returns suitable material to the process where appropriate.

Current Commissioning Sequence

The crushing section will first confirm prepared-material flow.

Batching and mixing will then be checked with representative formula groups.

Granulation trials follow only after the feed condition is stable.

Cooling/drying requirements will be set according to the actual product condition leaving the forming section.

Finally, the packaging system will be tested with the customer's commercial bag formats.

The planned output is 4 t/h of prepared organic fertilizer product.

Packaging centers on 20–25 kg agricultural bags, with larger-volume formats available for commercial farms.

Armenia's fruit and food-processing activities provide a realistic basis for plant-derived organic residue utilization without claiming that every fruit waste is suitable for direct pelletizing.

The project targets fruit waste organic fertilizer production line, fruit pomace fertilizer granulation equipment, 4 t/h compost fertilizer pellet plant, food processing residue fertilizer machinery, and commercial organic fertilizer factory.

Loaded commissioning will begin after completion of electrical interlock checks.
