Complete compound feed and concentrated feed production process flow

  1. Raw material receiving and cleaning system
    • The incoming material (corn) from the vehicle is initially screened by the screen, and after removing relatively large debris, it enters the unloading pit (a fan is used for suction and dust removal above, and a wind cover is used for air net). There is a buried pit under the pit. The scraper conveyor is transported to the lower end of the bucket elevator through the buried scraper conveyor.     • The materials above the sieve are collected and sold to the outside world, and the yield rate of raw material processing is 98%.
  2. Crushing system

  3. Ingredient mixing system
    After passing through the permanent magnetic drum of the primary cleaning screen, the raw materials enter the batching bin through the rotating distributor and wait for batching. This part is mainly bulk materials.
    Then according to the formula requirements, various raw materials are fed separately by screw feeders, and added to the mixer through electronic scales. The trace ingredients are mainly added manually through the chute directly into the electronic scale for batching. The receipt of raw materials continues during the weighing and batching process. At the same time, the section behind the mixer is also in operation.
    After the batch of materials is prepared, the materials that have been mixed for a certain period of time in the mixer are discharged, and at the same time, the mixer is ready to accept the mixing work of the next batch of materials. The material discharged from the mixer is discharged into the buffer bucket at one time, and then transported to the bucket elevator through a scraper conveyor.
    After the bucket elevator lifts the materials to the top floor, they pass through the chute to the conical powder cleaning screen. After being magnetically separated again by the permanent magnet drum, they enter the warehouse to be granulated or the finished product warehouse according to production needs.
  4. Granulation system
    The powder in the granulation bin is heated to 100°C with boiler steam. After being conditioned and granulated by the animal feed pellet mill machine, it undergoes oil injection treatment by the post-injection ester system and then directly enters the cooler for cooling.
    (Cooling uses the cyclone to extract hot air from the outside. Some of the pellets will be extracted, sink using the gravity of the cyclone and then collected for reuse in the next process) to 50-60°C, and the pellets coming out of the cooler go through the pellet crumbler.
    After crumbling, it is lifted to the fifth floor by the elevator and classified by the vibrating grading screen. The feed with too large pellets is sent to the crumbler for crushing through the chute. The qualified pellets directly enter the finished product warehouse, and the material with too small pellets is sent to the animal feed granulator machine again for re-granulation.
  5. Finished product packaging system
    The pellet feed or powder feed in the finished product warehouse that need to be packed are packed by an electronic automatic baler, and the finished products that do not need to be packed are transported by bulk trucks.

Note: The requirement of this set of process design is to mix according to 1000kg/batch. The mixing is controlled in the central full-screen control system, including the complete batching cycle and mixing cycle.

Premix production process flow

  1. Raw material receiving system:
    Multivitamins, complex trace elements, enzyme preparations, microecological preparations, salt, etc. are packed in ton bags or bags and transported into the factory by car. During production, the materials enter the unloading pit through the ton bag receiving device or manual feeding. After passing through the grid screen, they are transported horizontally to the elevator by the scraper conveyor, and then lifted to the top cylindrical cleaning screen.
  2. Initial cleaning screen:
    effectively remove sand, gravel, impurities, etc. in the raw materials through the cylindrical cleaning screen.
  3. Magnetic separation:
    It can remove metal foreign matter in raw materials, effectively ensure the safe operation of equipment and ensure the smooth progress of production.
  4. Rotary distributor:
    The materials processed by the primary cleaning screen and permanent magnetic drum enter their respective batching bins through the rotary distributor.
  5. Ingredients:
    Electronic scales are used for automatic weighing, with high precision and fast ingredients, ensuring strict implementation of the proportions according to the formula.
  6. Mixing:
    After being accurately weighed by the batching scale, the materials enter the mixer to evenly mix the materials, and then enter the finished product buffer hopper.
  7. Packaging:
    The qualified premix is screened through the powder inspection sieve and then enters the finished product buffer hopper. After being packaged and processed by the electronic packaging scale as required, it enters the warehouse for storage or sales.
