This 2* 15t/h sinking fish feed production line in Vietnam project includes a total of three production lines, one 38,000-ton pig feed production line and two (each 100,000-ton fish feed) 200,000-ton fish feed production line.

The main product of the project is sinking fish feed and pig compound feed.

The complete compound feed project covers an area of 33,333.3m2, and the total building area of the factory is 4,500m2.

The main structural buildings of the factory include the main workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, vertical cylinder warehouse, unloading area, boiler room and office building, etc.

• Main workshop: building area 2,400 m2, frame structure, one 38,000-ton pig feed production line and two (each 100,000 tons of fish feed) fish feed production lines with a total of 200,000 tons;
• Finished product warehouse: construction area 1000m2, frame structure, used for finished product storage;
• Raw material warehouse: construction area 600m2, frame structure, used for raw material storage;
• Silos: 8 silos with a volume of 50 m3, used for raw material storage;
• Boiler room: construction area 120m2, brick-concrete structure, 12t/h coal-fired boiler, 40-meter exhaust stack.

According to the customer's needs and the actual raw materials and formulas used, RICHI engineers designed the catfish feed production line for the customer using the sinking fish feed process, which is the same as the pig feed production process. The complete process flow is introduced as follows:

This fish feed processing line in Vietnam project uses corn, wheat and soybean meal as raw materials.

• Granular raw materials: thrown from the feeding port to the bin to be crushed, and then crushed by the pulverizer, the crushed raw materials are transported to the batching bin through the bucket elevator.
• Powdered raw materials: Throw through the feeding port, go through the cylindrical screen to remove impurities, and then directly enter the batching bin.

The central control computer issues instructions for batching. All the raw materials in the warehouse pass through the batching auger and are transported to the two batching scales for quantitative weighing according to the central control's adding amount instructions.

When all the raw materials are mixed, the scale door opens. All enter the mixer for mixing. The feed needs to be added with soybean oil, stone powder and other additives during the mixing process. Additives are fed into the mixer with the scale door open.

The mixed semi-finished products pass through the bucket elevator and conveyor scraper and enter the silo to be granulated. It is transported to the fish feed pellet making machine modulator through the feeding auger for high-temperature steam modulation.

After modulation, it directly enters the fish feed pellet mill for granulation. The granulated semi-finished products are cooled by the cooler, and after cooling, they are transported to the finished product rotating grading screen through the elevator for screening of the semi-finished products.

The feed pellets that meet the requirements directly enter the finished product bin, the powdery semi-finished products are returned to the granulation bin for re-granulation, and the bulk unqualified finished products are exported through the waste pipe.

The qualified finished products screened out by the classification screen enter the finished product warehouse through the elevator and are packaged. The weighing method is a quantitative packaging scale.

There is no construction camp in this 2* 15t/h sinking fish feed processing line in Vietnam project. The construction period is 3 months and the number of construction workers is 10.

1. Water supply:
   The production water and domestic water of this fish food production line in Vietnam project come from the municipal water supply network. The water volume is sufficient and can meet the production and domestic water requirements of this project.
2. Power supply:
   The electricity consumption of this project is about 10,000 kWh/year, which is supplied by the municipal power grid, and generators are not used for equipment.
3. Drainage:
   The sewage of this fish feed mill plant in Vietnam project is mainly construction wastewater and employees' domestic sewage; a certain amount of construction wastewater will be generated during the construction period.
   Temporary grease traps and grit chambers will be established at the construction site to reuse the settled wastewater as much as possible.

The main structural buildings of the factory area of this 2* 15t/h sinking fish feed processing line in Vietnam project include the main workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, vertical cylinder warehouse, unloading area, boiler room and office building.

The wind direction in the area where the project is located is mainly southeast all year round. The office and living areas of the factory are located on the southwest side of the production area, and the main workshop is on the northeast side of the factory. The wind direction is not dominant in the office and living areas.

The Vietnam fish feed manufacturing plant building has a reasonable layout, clear functional divisions, and good organization and collaboration, which facilitates production contact and management to ensure production, transportation and safety. In summary, the project layout is simple and reasonable.

The boiler flue gas is purified by a water film dust collector and then discharged from a 40m high chimney.

The SO2 emission concentration of this sinking fish feed processing line in Vietnam project is 282mg/m3; the NOx emission concentration is 265mg/m3; the smoke emission concentration is 42mg/m3, which complies with the pollutant emission limits for new coal-fired boilers specified in the "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards" .

According to the corresponding standards for Zone B in the "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards", the chimney height of this project should not be less than 40m. It is recommended that the chimney height be set to more than 40m.

There are few sensitive points near this project. After taking the above measures, the boiler combustion of this sinking fish feed manufacturing unit project The exhaust gas can reach the standard emission and has little impact on the surrounding environment.

 ①Analysis of the impact of organized process dust

This sinking fish feed processing line in Vietnam project is produced in a closed workshop, and most of the material processing is carried out in equipment and facilities with good sealing performance.

The dust generated in the crushing process and the dust generated in the cooling granulation process are treated with pulse bag dust collector, and the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%. All collected dust is reused in production.

The treated exhaust gas is discharged through a 15m high exhaust pipe, meeting the corresponding requirements of the "Air Pollutant Emission Limits" and having little impact on the surrounding atmospheric environment.

②Analysis of the impact of unorganized dust emissions

The unorganized dust emissions of the sinking fish feed processing line in Vietnam project are very small, and the particulate matter at the factory boundary can meet the concentration limit requirements of the "Air Pollutant Emission Limits".

The dust settled in the workshop is collected and reused in production. After taking the above measures, the unorganized dust emissions from the project will have less impact on the surrounding environment and sensitive points.

The wastewater generated by this Vietnam fish feed manufacturing unit project is mainly dust removal wastewater and domestic sewage.

The dust removal wastewater generated by the water film dust collector is recycled and used after sedimentation treatment without being discharged, which has a small impact on the surrounding environment.

According to the investigation of the surrounding environment by RICHI engineers, the following measures are taken to deal with equipment and living noise:

• According to functional characteristics, selectively plant green sound barriers to minimize the impact of traffic noise;
• Choose equipment (fans) with good quality and low noise. In order to avoid the impact of vibration when the equipment is running, soft joints or anti-vibration materials should be used for vibration reduction treatment to reduce the noise generated during operation. Try to minimize the noise generated during operation. Noisy equipment is installed indoors.
