According to the customer's needs and the actual raw materials and formulas used, RICHI engineers designed the catfish feed production line for the customer using the sinking fish feed process, which is the same as the pig feed production process. The complete process flow is introduced as follows:


Raw material receiving stage:

This fish feed processing line in Vietnam project uses corn, wheat and soybean meal as raw materials.


Ingredients stage:

The central control computer issues instructions for batching. All the raw materials in the warehouse pass through the batching auger and are transported to the two batching scales for quantitative weighing according to the central control's adding amount instructions.

When all the raw materials are mixed, the scale door opens. All enter the mixer for mixing. The feed needs to be added with soybean oil, stone powder and other additives during the mixing process. Additives are fed into the mixer with the scale door open.


Pelleting stage:

The mixed semi-finished products pass through the bucket elevator and conveyor scraper and enter the silo to be granulated. It is transported to the fish feed pellet making machine modulator through the feeding auger for high-temperature steam modulation.

After modulation, it directly enters the fish feed pellet mill for granulation. The granulated semi-finished products are cooled by the cooler, and after cooling, they are transported to the finished product rotating grading screen through the elevator for screening of the semi-finished products.

The feed pellets that meet the requirements directly enter the finished product bin, the powdery semi-finished products are returned to the granulation bin for re-granulation, and the bulk unqualified finished products are exported through the waste pipe.


Finished product packaging stage:

The qualified finished products screened out by the classification screen enter the finished product warehouse through the elevator and are packaged. The weighing method is a quantitative packaging scale.

There is no construction camp in this 2* 15t/h sinking fish feed processing line in Vietnam project. The construction period is 3 months and the number of construction workers is 10.

  1. Water supply:

Project environmental protection measures


Boiler combustion exhaust gas

The boiler flue gas is purified by a water film dust collector and then discharged from a 40m high chimney.

The SO2 emission concentration of this sinking fish feed processing line in Vietnam project is 282mg/m3; the NOx emission concentration is 265mg/m3; the smoke emission concentration is 42mg/m3, which complies with the pollutant emission limits for new coal-fired boilers specified in the "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards" .

According to the corresponding standards for Zone B in the "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards", the chimney height of this project should not be less than 40m. It is recommended that the chimney height be set to more than 40m.
