This 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project is mainly used to process napier grass fuel pellets.
As a major agricultural country, India has abundant agricultural and forestry waste resources. In view of this, this Indian customer seized the market opportunity and built a new napier grass pellet production line in India project with an annual output of 10,000 tons using local waste crop resources such as elephant grass, miscanthus and straw.
It is worth mentioning that we have currently exported multiple biomass pellet production line projects to India, including wood pellet production lines, bagasse pellet production lines, and bamboo pellet production lines. If you are interested in our projects, please contact us for details!
This 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project covers an area of 10,000m2 and has a total construction area of 1,700m2. It is mainly divided into production workshops, warehouses, comprehensive office buildings, etc. After the project is fully completed, it can produce 10,000t/a of biomass pellets.
The main construction contents of the project are shown in the table below:
Category | Project name | Project construction content |
Structural work | Production workshop | 1F, steel structure, construction area 500m2, equipped with 1 crusher, 4 granulators and 5 conveyors. |
Storage and transportation engineering | Warehouse | 1F, steel structure, construction area 1000m2. It is used to store raw materials and finished products, with a storage capacity of more than 10,000 tons. |
Auxiliary works | General Office | 1F, steel structure, construction area 200m2. |
The main raw materials required for the production of this 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project are napier grass, straw, rice straw, rice husk and other solid waste from crops. The energy consumption of main raw and auxiliary materials is shown in the table below:
Raw material name | Annual consumption | Use | Remark |
Crop solid waste such as napier grass and straw | 10000t/a | Raw material | Local acquisition |
Electricity | 100000kWh/a | Production | Regional power supply network |
The main equipment of the napier grass pellet plant in India project is shown in the table below.

The factory area is generally divided into two parts. The north side is the production area, which houses a straw biomass fuel processing workshop and a warehouse. The south side is the office and living area, with an office.
The overall plan design of the 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project combines the natural conditions of the factory area such as topography, geology, hydrology, meteorology, etc., and comprehensively and reasonably arranges the factory buildings and transportation lines.
The building layout is compact, the transportation is convenient, and the management is convenient, which is conducive to improving the production efficiency of the enterprise and reducing transportation costs. . In summary, the layout of the proposed project is reasonable.

During the operation of this 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project, the exhaust gas mainly comes from unloading, feeding dust, and crushing dust.
The conveying method of this project is closed conveying. The unloading dust generated during the unloading process of dust and raw materials to the workshop is unorganized. After the feeding dust is collected by the gas collection device and the crushed dust is processed by a set of bag dust removal device, it passes through a 15-meter Meter high exhaust pipe discharge.
In summary, the feed dust in this 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project is collected by the gas collection device and the crushed dust is processed by a bag dust collector and then discharged through a 15-meter-high exhaust pipe.
The organized dust emission is 0.1t/a, and the emission rate is approximately The emission concentration is 0.04kg/h, the emission concentration is 5.21mg/m3, the unorganized emission of this project is about 0.07t/a, and the emission rate is about 0.03kg/h.
Noise mainly comes from mechanical noise generated by the operation of production equipment, fans and other equipment. Through engineering analysis, it can be seen that the noise source intensity is 60~84dB(A).
This 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project reduces noise emissions by selecting low-noise equipment, rationally laying out equipment and installing it indoors, using vibration-absorbing foundations, and using the factory building as a sound barrier. The noise can be reduced by more than 20dB(A).
The solid waste generated during the operation period of this project includes dust collected by the dust collector and domestic garbage. Take the following pollution prevention and control measures:
After taking the above measures, 100% of the solid waste generated by this 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project will be effectively disposed of and will not have an adverse impact on the surrounding environment.
In addition to this 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India, Richi Machinery also exported fish feed production line, shrimp feed production line, straw pellet production line, livestock and poultry feed production line and other projects to India.
