Loading and unloading

Wastes such as napier grass, straw, hay, and straw brought by cars from the surrounding areas are loaded, unloaded, and stacked in the warehouse.

Crushing

The raw materials are crushed according to the process requirements, and the crushed raw materials are less than 5mm. The dust generated by this process is processed through a bag dust collector, and the dust generated is recycled.

Pelleting

The biomass straw elephant grass pellet machine is a key equipment in the grass pellet production line. According to customer needs, the biomass pelletizer using ring molds of different sizes is adjusted.

The raw material contains a certain amount of lignin and cellulose, and the lignin is the structural monomer in the material. It is a polymer compound. It has the function of strengthening cell walls and binding cellulose. Lignin is amorphous, and its main part is insoluble in any solvent at room temperature.

It has no melting point, but has a softening point. When the temperature reaches a certain value, the lignin softens and the bonding force increases. Under a certain pressure, the cellulose molecular groups are dislocated, deformed, and extended.

The adjacent biomass particles inside are toothed to each other, reassembled, and pressed into shape. The temperature during the granulation process should be controlled at 80-100 degrees Celsius, and the biomass pellet mill is sealed.

Conveying cooling

The temperature of the elephant grass fuel at the outlet of the granulator is 80-90 degrees Celsius. The generated biomass pellets are sealed and sent to the cache silo through the conveyor belt. During the transportation process, the elephant grass pellets are naturally cooled.

Packing and warehousing

The cooled straw napier grass pellets are packaged and stored in storage for sale.

Environmental protection measures

Exhaust gas

During the operation of this 4 t/h napier grass pellet production line in India project, the exhaust gas mainly comes from unloading, feeding dust, and crushing dust.

The conveying method of this project is closed conveying. The unloading dust generated during the unloading process of dust and raw materials to the workshop is unorganized. After the feeding dust is collected by the gas collection device and the crushed dust is processed by a set of bag dust removal device, it passes through a 15-meter Meter high exhaust pipe discharge.

Noise mainly comes from mechanical noise generated by the operation of production equipment, fans and other equipment. Through engineering analysis, it can be seen that the noise source intensity is 60~84dB(A).

The noise can be reduced by more than 20dB(A).
