Organic fertilizer manufacturing process

  1. Feeding section of the organic fertilizer producing line:

    Purchased chicken manure, pig manure, and water plant sludge will not fall to the ground after being transported by tanker to the factory, and will not be stacked in the fertilizer manufacturing plant, but will be directly pumped into the feeding tank through a pipeline connection.

    The feeding process Airtight. Chicken manure and pig manure are purchased from farms around the plant, and sludge is purchased from water plant sludge.

  2. Mixing and drying section of the organic fertilizer producing line:

    After batching in a certain proportion through the automatic metering system, it is conveyed to the heating barrel by a belt. After the materials in the heating barrel are fully stirred, they are continuously heated.

    The temperature is controlled at 60°C. The heating method is electric heating. The raw materials with a moisture content of 80% are completely dried, and the process from feeding to discharging is completely closed.

  3. Granulation section of the organic fertilizer producing line:

    The dried material in the heating barrel is in a dry powder state, and the discharge port of the heating barrel is connected with the conveyor belt of the chicken manure organic fertilizer machine granulator, and the dry powder material is automatically transported to the fertilizer granulator machine.

    The metering system of the organic fertilizer pellet making machine controls the amount of water, adding 2% of water and the dry powdery materials, fully mixing them, and extruding them into pig chicken fertilizer pellets.

  4. Packaging section of the organic fertilizer producing line:

    The granular fertilizer is discharged from the discharge port of the animal manure pellet granulator, and the processed pelleted chicken pig manure is bagged for sale. The product of the agriculture fertilizer company project will not be delivered to the ground and will be transported out of the car after being bagged.

Note:

The raw materials and products of the agriculture fertilizer company project are not piled up in the factory, so that they are Nissan Nissan.
