With the development of China's livestock and poultry breeding industry, livestock and poultry manure has become the main source of non-point source pollution in rural areas. Most farmers pile livestock and poultry manure in front of their doors and on roadside open spaces, resulting in dirty, chaotic, and poor regional environmental sanitation and make the regional environmental pollution serious.

The customer of this large industrial pig and chicken manure organic fertilizer production line project, Jiangshan Biomass Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., cooperated with the local government in the "Regional Agricultural Waste Resource Utilization Project", including the project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of organic fertilizer and 15 million seedling substrates. The total investment of the project is 51.79 million yuan (8,090,000USD). The total large scale pig chicken manure fertilizer complete production line price is 1.4 million USD.

In the early stage of the 100000t/a fertilizer pellet processing line project, the client purchased an original organic fertilizer factory, renovated the organic fertilizer pellet plant, and built an organic seedling production workshop with a total construction area of ​​10,800 square meters.

Raw material preparation

This 20 tons manure processing machinery plant project uses fresh livestock and poultry farming manure as raw material, straw as auxiliary material, and fermentation process to produce microbial organic fertilizer(pellet chicken manure and pig manure pellets).

Among them, mixing, stirring and fermentation are carried out in the fermentation workshop, and the fermentation mixture pulverization, granulation by fertilizers pellet making machine, drying, cooling, screening and packaging are carried out in the production workshop. The specific 20 tons per hour organic fertilizer production process is as follows:

Mix and stir

The fermented livestock and poultry farming manure is sent to the fermentation workshop with a forklift, and at the same time a certain proportion of auxiliary materials (straw) are crushed and added to the fermentation tank to make the water content of the raw materials less than 60%, and the various raw materials are mixed through a poultry and livestock manure mixing machine.

No additional water is added during the organic fertilizer production plant's mixing process, and the mixing process is carried out in the fermentation workshop of the pig and chicken manure organic fertilizer production line.

Stacked and decomposed

This biofertilizer production unit process is carried out in a continuous organic fertilizer fermentation tank to pig and chicken. The fermentation tank is located in the fermentation workshop. The special fermentation microbe is evenly mixed in the mixed materials. After 5-10 days of fermentation, the materials are removed and dried, and the water about 25% of the time, multi-antibacterial agents and N, P, K elements can be added to prepare bio-organic fertilizer.

Fermentation by chicken manure compost machine in this 20t/h pig and chicken manure bio organic fertilizer production line adopts turning and throwing fermentation technology, which uses microbial agents to decompose manure odors under aerobic conditions, and at the same time decomposes the macromolecular organic matter in livestock and poultry manure into low-molecular compounds that are easy for plants to absorb, which are produced during the fermentation process.

The large amount of heat will evaporate and dry the moisture in the pig and chicken feces, and at the same time achieve the purpose of killing harmful bacteria. After adding microbial strains, about 98% of the NH3 and H2S production can be removed in the initial stage of fermentation. With the increase of fermentation time, the concentration of malodorous gas gradually decreases, and the malodorous gas is basically non-volatile after the 72th hour of fermentation.

The mixture of the 20t/h compost fertilizer pellet manufacturing plant is placed in the fermentation tank, and there is a track on each of the load-bearing walls, and the turning and polishing machine can be walked on the track, and the equipment can be used for turning and polishing.

Crushing section

Transfer the fermented mixture to the pig chicken manure grinder for pulverization to make it meet the granulation size requirements, and enter the next process after the pellets are naturally cooled.

Granulation section

Because the production of biological fertilizers is based on organic matter, the cellulose is high, the forming conditions are poor, and the living bacteria with the function of compost fertilizer are added, and the production process is not suitable for high temperature exposure.

This bio-organic fertilizer production line project adopts extrusion granulation by fertilizer pellet granulator. Extrusion granulation by fertilizer pelletizer machine has low requirements for raw material crushing. Both 1-4mm granular materials and fine powdery materials are available. The molding rate is high (above 95%). After molding, the water content of the pellets is low. Drying the load is very small, which can reduce the loss of effective bacteria, and the dust is small, and the operating environment is better.

Drying section

In the production process of compost fertilizer pellets, not only the water content of the manure pellets after forming generally exceeds the target, and low-temperature drying is required, but also the water content of the organic raw materials after fermentation is about 30%-40%, and the water content of the poultry livestock manure pellets after granulation by manure pelletizer machine is normal.

Between 15% and 20%, drying is required. Therefore, the drying section is an indispensable and important process in the production of biological fertilizers. The moisture content of organic fertilizer is required to be about 15%. During the production process, part of the moisture in the manure of livestock and poultry evaporates in the form of water vapor.

Cooling and screening section

The dried pellet chicken pig manure are cooled by the belt conveyor and sent into the cooler. The cooling process is mainly to use a fan to send natural air into the cooler through a pipe to cool the material. The air direction in the cooler is countercurrent, and the fan is used to cool the material. The tail gas drawn into the sedimentation chamber by the pipeline and the drying tail gas enter the sedimentation chamber for collection.

The cooled material enters the organic fertilizer screening machine for screening. After being crushed, the large-pellets enters the return belt along with the sieved powder and is transported to the compost fertilizer crusher for crushing before being granulated by animal manure pellet granulator.

Weighing and packaging section

The qualified products after testing are packaged in different specifications with a packaging machine according to market requirements, and stored for sale.
