• According to the requirements of the formula, the raw and auxiliary materials are batched in the closed batching room according to the proportion, and then transported by the conveyor to the mixer for mixing.
• A small amount of fresh water needs to be added during the mixing process, and the mixed material is lifted to the cat litter pellet machine for granulation.
• The cat litter pelleting process generates heat, and the granulated cat litter pellets are cooled by the cooling machine.
• After cooling, the cat litter pellets screened by a flat rotary sieve, and then enters a closed silo, and is finally packaged and put into storage.
• According to customer needs, some products are mixed according to color and packed into storage. Adjacent processes are conveyed by closed conveyor belts.

The water used in this 1 t/h tofu cat litter production line in Thailand project is provided by the nearby pipeline network, and the water quality and quantity can meet the water demand of this project.

The water used in the project is mainly production water and domestic water, and the production water is mainly mixing process water and equipment cooling water. The fresh water consumption of the project is 2.23m³/d.

The rain and sewage diversion system is adopted for the drainage of the project, and the rainwater is collected and discharged directly outside the plant.

All the stirring water of the project enters the product, and no waste water is produced; the cooling water of the equipment is recycled and not discharged; the waste water of the project is mainly domestic sewage, and the production volume is calculated according to 80% of the water consumption, so the production volume of domestic sewage is 0.38m3/d (114m3/ a) .

The amount of production is small and the water quality is simple, all of which are used for dust suppression. The factory area is equipped with anti-seepage dry toilets, which are regularly cleaned and used as agricultural fertilizers, and the waste water is not discharged outside. The power consumption of this 1 t/h tofu cat litter production line in Thailand project is provided by the nearby power grid, and the power and voltage can meet the needs of the project.

The production heat of this project is supplied by electricity, office heating in winter uses electric heaters or air conditioners, and summer cooling uses air conditioners.

• Solid waste: Waste materials and dust collected by dust collectors are collected and reused in production; waste packaging bags are collected and sold outside; domestic waste collected by employees is collected and sent to designated places by the sanitation department.
