• Guar gum:
  Also known as guar gum, it is an extract from the leguminous plant guar. It is a galactomannan and is generally used as a food thickener. The composition of guar gum generally contains 75~85% polysaccharide, 8~14% moisture, 5~6% crude protein, 2~3% crude fiber and 0.5~1% ash. The appearance ranges from white to slightly.

1. Loading

5. Screening

The unqualified products are collected and reused as raw materials in production.
6. Packaging
   The moisture content of the finished cat litter is 7-10% and it is in the shape of long strips. Therefore, there is basically no waste gas generated during the packaging process of cat litter. Qualified products are packaged by the packaging machine and put into storage for sale.

• Domestic water
  The project has a working capacity of 16 people. The per capita domestic water consumption is calculated as 50L/d. If the employee works 330 days per year, the domestic water consumption of the employees is 0.8m3/d and 264m3/a.
• Production water use
  The production water for this 3 t/h tofu cat litter factory in Vietnam project is mainly mixing water. According to the information provided by the company, the mixing water consumption is 80L/ton·product, so the mixing water consumption is 1.94m3/d, 640m³/a. Among them, 70% is lost by evaporation in the drying process, and about 30% enters the product.
