At the same time, the customer also owns a 2t/h bentonite cat litter particle production line. In order to enrich product types, the customer plans to add a new tofu and cat litter pellet production line in its factory, with an output of 3 tons per hour.

The 3 t/h tofu cat litter factory in Vietnam project covers an area of 2000m2, including a production workshop area of 1500m2 and an office area of 100m2. Purchased 8 major equipment, using tofu fiber, starch, etc. as raw materials, through feeding, mixing, granulating, drying, screening, packaging and other processes, with an annual processing capacity of 8,000 tons of tofu cat litter.

Cat litter is an object used by owners to bury feces and urine for their cats. It has good water absorption and is generally used together with a cat litter box (or cat toilet). Pour an appropriate amount of cat litter into the litter box. In the cat litter box, a trained cat will walk into the cat litter box when it needs to eliminate cat feces on it.

Production process design of 3 t/h tofu cat litter factory in Vietnam

Brief description of cat litter pellet process flow:

  1. Loading
    The raw materials of this 3 t/h tofu cat litter factory in Vietnam project include corn, starch, tofu fiber, and guar gum. The raw materials are all packed in bags. They are purchased by truck and stored in the workshop. The packaging bags are manually opened and put into the loading machine according to the corresponding proportion.
  2. Mixing
    This process mainly involves fully mixing the raw materials, and the mixer is a closed equipment. In order to make guar gum have a high degree of cohesion and be able to quickly bind corn, starch, and tofu fibers into agglomerates, water needs to be added for mixing before mixing (water is added to the mixer by controlling the water pump).
    The semi-finished products produced in the mixing process are transported to the granulation process via a closed conveyor belt.
  3. Granulation
    This 3 t/h tofu cat litter factory in Vietnam project adopts dry granulation. The tofu cat litter pellet machine is fully sealed during operation, and the raw materials themselves contain a certain amount of moisture.
    Therefore, the pollutants generated by this process are mainly noise generated by the operation of the equipment. The semi-finished products produced in the granulation process are transported to the drying process via a closed conveyor belt.
  4. Drying
    Since the raw material itself contains a certain amount of moisture, the semi-finished cat litter pellets produced in the granulation process need to be dried. The drying heat source is liquefied petroleum gas.
    The drying temperature is 80℃~90℃, and the drying time takes about 10~ 15 minutes, the exhaust gas from the drying process is mainly particulate matter, SO2, and NOx. The dried semi-finished cat litter pellets are naturally cooled and sent to the screening machine through a closed conveyor belt. Liquefied petroleum gas is burned through a low-nitrogen burner.
  5. Screening
    The screening machine is a closed structure. After the cat litter enters the screening machine, it is divided into qualified products and unqualified products according to its own shape. The screening process is operated in a closed screening machine. No waste gas is generated during the screening process. The unqualified products are collected and reused as raw materials in production.
  6. Packaging
    The moisture content of the finished cat litter is 7-10% and it is in the shape of long strips. Therefore, there is basically no waste gas generated during the packaging process of cat litter. Qualified products are packaged by the packaging machine and put into storage for sale.

The rationality of floor plan

The 3 t/h tofu cat litter factory in Vietnam project covers an area of 2000m2, and the leased factory building area is 1600m2, of which the production workshop area is 1500m2 and the office area is 100m2.

The project floor plan fully considers the requirements of the production process and public facilities. All links are tightly connected and the material transportation distance is short, which facilitates energy saving and consumption reduction and improves production efficiency.

It also takes into account the production and office environment within the factory area, as well as the surrounding areas outside the factory area. environmental conditions. The layout is reasonable from the perspective of convenient production, safe management and environmental protection.

Water supply

The water source of this 3 t/h tofu cat litter factory in Vietnam project is the municipal water supply network, and the main water used is domestic water and production water.

In summary, the fresh water consumption of this project is 2.74m3/d and 904m3/a.

Drainage

The wastewater generated by this 3 t/h tofu cat litter factory in Vietnam project is mainly domestic sewage. After being treated in septic tanks, the domestic sewage is discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network. It is finally treated by the local sewage treatment station and discharged up to standard.

The domestic sewage production coefficient is calculated according to 0.8, then the production volume of domestic sewage is 0.64m3/d, 211.2m3/a. The main pollutants are COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, etc., and their production concentrations are 350mg/L, 30mg/L and 45mg/L. Domestic sewage is treated in septic tanks and then discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network. It is finally treated by local sewage treatment stations and discharged up to standard.

Power supply
