Packaging and storage

Power supply

This 4-5 t/h bentonite cat litter factory in the United States project builds a new substation and distribution station, which contains high and low voltage distribution rooms, transformer rooms, and duty rooms.

After the power enters the factory area, it is led down through the terminal pole and directly buried with high-voltage power cables into the power transformation and distribution room.

For the high voltage in the transformer and distribution room, KYN2-10Z type switch cabinet is selected, which is equipped with a vacuum circuit breaker; the transformer is equipped with overcurrent interruption, gas, and temperature zero sequence protection.

The low-voltage power distribution operates in two sections with a single busbar, and a GCS-type low-voltage power distribution panel is selected. , CW1 and CM1 automatic switches are used in the screen for overcurrent and quick-break protection.

The electrical equipment adopts centralized control, and the XL-51 electric box is used as the power distribution equipment. Knife fuse switches, automatic air switches, contactors and thermal breakers are used in the power distribution box as overcurrent, short circuit, and loss protection for the power distribution and motor.

The secondary load backup power supply adopts the terminal self-throwing method. The power line control lines of the electrical equipment are all hidden through protective tubes. The power lines use copper cables and waterproof cables, and the control lines use KVV-500 control cables.

Lighting

  1. Lighting for production, offices and other ancillary buildings
    It is configured according to standard illumination. The lighting fixtures are mainly fluorescent lamps and energy-saving lamps. The lighting distribution box is XRM04 type. The opening and closing of the lamps are centralized controlled. All lighting lines are covered with BV-500 wire protection tubes.
  2. Power exterior lines and road lighting
    The 10 kV power line uses YJV22-10KV high-voltage power cable, which is led down from the terminal pole and directly buried for diffraction. The road lighting in the field area uses high-pressure sodium street lamps. The street lamps are controlled in the low-voltage power distribution room. The street lamp lines use VV22-1KV type power cables for direct burial diffraction.

Lightning protection and grounding protection

The buildings, structures and metal equipment in the 4-5 t/h bentonite cat litter factory in the United States factory area are all equipped with lightning protection devices. The ground resistance against lightning strikes is less than 30 ohms.

Offices, garages, weighing rooms, canteens and dormitories are respectively arranged on the west side of the main entrance. Factory buildings and distribution facilities are located on the west side of the main entrance. The electrical room and warehouse are arranged on the east side of the site.

The roads within the site are cement hardened pavements, and the roads are arranged in a ring, which not only meets the needs of transportation, but also meets the requirements of fire safety. Brief description of bentonite cat litter production process:

The specific process is to crush, squeeze and stir the raw materials and caustic soda in a semi-dry state under normal temperature conditions to form a granular mixture, and then add a small amount of Water forms semi-dry granular material, which is a process technology of bentonite series through grinding, sieving, granulation, drying and other processes.

Casting grade bentonite production process

In addition to bentonite cat litter, as a bentonite processing plant, this customer also produces foundry grade bentonite. (This production line is original to the customer and is not provided by RICHI). But here, I would like to introduce to you its processing technology.

Casting-grade bentonite is mainly made of raw mineral soil. After natural drying, it is input to the crusher for crushing, ground by grind mill machine, and finally packaged.

  1. Drying of raw materials
    The raw bentonite soil is transported to the drying field and dried naturally to achieve a moisture content of about 5%.
  2. Crushing and screening
    After the material is dried, it is transported to the crusher via a conveyor belt, and then screened to meet the grinding requirements.
  3. Grinding link
    The raw materials are transported by the conveyor to the storage hopper on the main machine, and then are evenly and quantitatively sent to the main machine's grinding chamber through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding.
    The ground powder rises with the air flow of the fan and is classified by the analyzer. The fine powder enters the large cyclone collector with the air flow through the pipe, is separated and collected, and then is discharged through the powder outlet valve to become the finished powder (finished product).
  4. Finished product packaging link
    The finished products processed by grinder machines are transported to the finished product warehouse, bagged, weighed and sealed.
