The sugar beet pulp rotary dryer in Brazil we designed for them has a variable-speed drive that allows the drum to spin faster for corn germ (reducing retention time) and slower for beet pulp (increasing drying).

A fish feed mill in Trøndelag county, Norway, near the city of Trondheim, was producing specialized sinking pellets for farmed sturgeon – the source of high-quality caviar. Sturgeon feed pellets are large (8-12mm diameter) and dense, designed to sink quickly to the bottom of deep tanks.

This is a project regarding a pet feed pellet drying belt machine in Italy. A specialty pet food manufacturer in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, producing small breed dog kibble (5–6mm diameter) faced a 15–20% breakage rate due to aggressive tumbling in their existing tower dryer.

This is a project regarding chicken manure processing equipment in Denmark. In 2025, a small organic fertilizer facility located in the Zealand region of Denmark recognized the need to expand its capacity to meet growing demand from regional farms and horticulture operations.

This is a project regarding a corn/maize hammer mill in Nigeria. A mid-sized agro-processing enterprise in northern Nigeria, located in Kaduna state, identified a pressing need to improve their maize processing efficiency. Their existing equipment was unable to handle the growing volumes of raw maize during harvest seasons, leading to production bottlenecks and inconsistent particle sizes.
