Chicken Manure Recycling Pellet Machine in Belarus: FZLH420 for mature compost, with 4–6 T/H target output, 7 mm pellets and dryer integration.

A fertilizer producer in central Belarus wants to turn prepared poultry-manure compost into a product that can be weighed into bulk bags and delivered against farm orders. This illustrative application centres on a chicken manure recycling pellet machine in Belarus, with the existing composting and drying sections retained.
The producer receives material from several commercial poultry farms and supplies vegetable growers and cereal farms. Its proposed retrofit adds one FZLH420 ring die granulator to the prepared-compost handling system. The design assumes that existing grinding, mixing, cooling, screening and bulk-bag equipment can be reused after their capacities and interfaces are checked.

The fertilizer granulator machine receives mature, stabilized compost containing poultry manure and straw incorporated during composting. Straw serves as a carbon-bearing bulking material upstream; its addition follows the composting recipe and measured material condition.
Batch release includes maturity and stability assessment, moisture measurement and the relevant quality tests for the intended fertilizer. Drying follows biological treatment. A low moisture reading alone cannot establish that the composting process is complete.
Before granulation, the existing mill breaks up dried compost lumps and residual fibres. The initial preparation target is material predominantly below 3 mm, verified by screening and fibre inspection. Stones, metal and long straw pieces are removed before they reach the feeder.
The initial press-feed moisture window is 16–18% on a wet basis, subject to trials. Samples are taken from several parts of the prepared batch. A dry surface can conceal wetter pockets that disrupt feeding and pellet formation.
The manure-to-straw proportion changes with the incoming material, composting losses and the finished nutrient specification. The pelletizing recipe therefore uses the analysis of the mature blend. No universal percentage of fresh straw or another agricultural by-product is added simply to fill out the formulation.
The FZLH420 chicken manure pellet machine combines an arch-breaking feeder with a forced feeder. These components help deliver the prepared, relatively light material into the pressing chamber. They still need an even supply from the upstream bin.
Commissioning checks whether the bin outlet bridges, whether residual fibres wrap around feeding components and whether successive batches carry different moisture levels. Feeder settings and die working length are selected from those observations. Raising feed speed cannot compensate for unsuitable preparation.
The FZLH420 has a published reference output of 6–8 T/H. This example adopts a 4–6 T/H operating target at the press outlet, pending trials with the actual compost. The allowance recognises that fibrous, variable-density material may perform differently from the reference material.

| Main motor | 90 kW |
| Arch-breaking feeder motor | 3 kW |
| Forced feeder motor | 1.5 kW |
| Combined listed motor power | 94.5 kW, excluding existing auxiliary equipment |
| Ring die inner diameter | 420 mm |
| Published reference output | 6–8 T/H |
| Application operating target | 4–6 T/H gross press output, subject to trials |
| Selected pellet dimensions | 7 mm diameter × 10–20 mm target length |

| Initial packing-moisture target | 14% maximum, wet basis, pending storage trials |
| Planned delivery package | 500 kg bulk bags |
At an average gross output of 5 T/H, six productive hours on 200 operating days give 6,000 tonnes annually. This is a planning quantity before cooling losses and rejected material. Compost supply, dryer availability and customer orders must support that schedule.
The smaller FZLH350 chicken manure organic fertilizer pellet machine is listed at 3–5 T/H, leaving less reference capacity for this duty. Choosing the FZLH420 still requires proving the proposed output without exceeding the existing cooler and finishing section’s capability.
The rotary dryer establishes the material condition entering the pellet mill. The cooler then removes process heat and some moisture. These duties are reviewed together so that packed fertilizer meets its agreed condition.
For example, 1,000 kg of material at 18% moisture contains 820 kg of dry solids. At 14% finished moisture, the same solids represent approximately 953 kg of product before losses. About 47 kg of water must leave the material; the cooler is not automatically assumed to provide all that removal.
Trial results determine the dryer outlet setting and acceptable press-feed window. Material that requires more drying returns to the appropriate upstream operation. Adding excess water to improve formation can create a larger drying and storage problem later.
Covered storage protects prepared compost from rain and snow. In cold weather, frozen lumps are allowed to thaw and are rechecked for moisture and flow before feeding. Stable indoor material handling supports a more consistent press load.
The selected 7 mm die establishes pellet diameter, while the cutter sets the target length of 10–20 mm. Actual length distribution, fines and resistance to handling are checked after cooling and conveying.
Field customers need a product that flows through their equipment. A spreading assessment considers bulk density, pellet dimensions, breakage and the intended application rate. Diameter alone cannot establish compatibility with every fertilizer spreader.
Nutrient declarations come from analysis of the finished batch. Pelletizing does not establish an NPK grade, a fixed nutrient-release period or certification for organic farming. Application guidance follows the product specification and the customer’s soil-management programme.
The 500 kg filling station is checked for twelve fills per hour to cover a nominal 6 T/H packaging duty. Dispatch records use actual net weights. One granulator operator and one packing operator form the proposed station crew, supported by shared forklift and maintenance personnel.
The electrical enquiry uses a 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase basis, confirmed against the actual site supply. Transformer capacity, motor starting and protection settings cover the selected machine and any simultaneous auxiliary loads.
Layout drawings establish the bin connection, discharge height, cooler transfer, dust extraction and space for die and roller removal. Foundation loads and the installation envelope come from the final arrangement drawing.
A China–Belarus rail-freight quotation with delivery through a suitable Minsk-area terminal can be assessed for this landlocked destination. The forwarder confirms the equipment’s transport eligibility, departure terminal, packing and final truck leg before booking.
