This model offers an ideal balance of capacity and footprint for their operation. The 1.2-meter diameter and 12-meter length provide sufficient volume and retention time to effectively dry the fine sand particles without excessive dust carryover.
The unit's design allows for precise control of the drying curve through adjustable rotational speed (3–12 rpm). The system is configured to use a natural gas burner to generate inlet temperatures around 450°C.
