Production Challenge Before the Equipment Upgrade

The French feed mill mainly produces compound feed for dairy cattle, beef cattle, and sheep farms. Corn, wheat, and barley are among the most frequently used ingredients, while protein materials and mineral additives are added according to different formulas.

After more than a decade of operation, the previous grinding machine began creating several practical problems:

The water-drop crushing chamber structure improves material movement inside the grinding area and helps maintain stable operation during continuous production. The reversible rotor design also allows the mill to extend hammer service life by balancing wear between both directions.

Raw Materials and Grinding Requirements
