RICHI Machinery is a full-service equipment company that provides its global clients with a turn-key project solution for any challenge.
Our single machine products are all made to meet ISO and CE requirements, which applies to the execution of feed mill plants, biomass fuel pellet plants, wood pellet plants, wood chips plants, sawmills, cat litter factory, organic fertilizer pellet plant, etc. These requirements ensure that that appropriate controls are in place at every stage of the manufacturing of products and systems for your business.
Country: Liechtenstein
The Liechtenstein customer did not operate a large poultry farm capable of supplying an FZLH250 continuously with manure from its own birds. The country’s agricultural sector is far too small for that scenario. In 2023, Liechtenstein had about 20,431 poultry in total, spread across 127 poultry keepers, while the entire country had only 97 registered farms. More than one-third of those farms were certified organic.

Country: UAE
The Al Ain customer was not trying to grind whatever forage happened to be available locally. Its feeding program depended on a controlled mix of imported hay, purchased forage and selected locally available roughage, and the farm already had separate equipment for grain preparation. What it lacked was a dedicated machine for reducing baled forage to a consistent size before mixing.

Country: Sri Lanka
The Sri Lankan customer was not trying to force whole coconut husks directly through a pellet mill. Its business already sat inside the country’s established coconut and coir industry, where husks are first processed for higher-value fibre products. What remained after fibre separation was a much more suitable material for densification: short coir fibres, coir pith and screened husk residues that were difficult to handle efficiently in loose form.

Country: Canada
The Alberta customer did not need a grinder capable of pulverizing every ingredient in a cattle ration. Its commercial feed plant already handled roughage separately and produced several types of cattle concentrate for feedlots and cow-calf operations. The problem was in the grain preparation section: an ageing hammer mill had become unreliable, throughput changed noticeably as screens and hammers wore, and the amount of fines varied from one production run to the next.

Country: Tajikistan
The Tajik customer was not trying to grind cotton stalks simply because they were abundant. The company already had a defined use for the material: part of the ground stalk would become feedstock for non-wood fuel pellets, while another portion would be blended into composting operations as a structural carbon source. What the plant lacked was a grinding system capable of processing large volumes of dry, woody cotton stalk without turning the hammer mill into a constant maintenance problem.

Country: the Philippines
The decisive constraint in this Philippine project was not mixing capacity. It was floor space. A semi-commercial pig farm in Cavite already had a small feed-preparation room beside its ingredient store, but expanding the building would have interfered with vehicle access and required additional construction. The owner therefore wanted to improve feed uniformity without turning a relatively simple on-farm feed system into a new feed mill.

Country: Australia
The Melbourne customer did not buy a cardboard briquette machine in Australia to turn clean corrugated boxes into cushioning blocks. Clean old corrugated cardboard already has an established recycling value, and compressing recyclable boxes into dense packaging pieces would add electricity, handling, and wear without improving the fibre-recycling loop. The project only became commercially sensible after the customer separated a lower-grade cardboard-rich fraction that could no longer enter its normal recovered-paper stream.

Country: Colombia
The Colombian customer was not a coffee farm trying to pelletize fresh cherry waste. It was a coffee cooperative with a dry-milling operation in Huila, where parchment coffee from member farms is cleaned, hulled, graded, and prepared for commercial sale. That distinction matters because the residue available at this stage is coffee husk—locally known as cisco—rather than the wet pulp and mucilage generated during wet processing on the farm.

Country: Ireland
The County Cork feed mill was not trying to replace Ireland’s grass-based dairy system with pelleted feed. Its customers still relied heavily on grazed grass and conserved silage. The mill’s job was different: produce consistent concentrate feed that could supplement forage when milk yield, winter housing, silage quality, weather conditions, or individual herd requirements created a nutritional gap.

Country: Vietnam
The Vietnamese recycler did not need another complete PET washing and pelletizing line. Its existing facility in Ho Chi Minh City already had bottle sorting, washing, drying, and downstream recycling equipment. The weak point was much earlier in the process: irregular post-consumer water bottles were entering the washing section too slowly and too inconsistently, while the old pre-crusher required frequent manual intervention.

Country: Germany
The Bavarian customer already had something many new pellet projects spend years trying to secure: a stable stream of clean sawmill residues. Spruce and fir sawdust, planer shavings, and a smaller quantity of clean softwood chips were generated every working day by the company’s own timber-processing operation and several nearby suppliers. The issue was not finding biomass. It was converting those residues into a standardized fuel product that could enter Germany’s mature wood-pellet market.

Country: Ghana
The Ghanaian customer did not start from the assumption that palm kernel shell must be pelletized simply because it is a biomass residue. In many palm oil operations, raw PKS can already be used directly as boiler fuel. The business case only became stronger when the customer identified industrial users that preferred a denser, more uniform fuel for storage, transport, metering, and controlled combustion.
