RICHI Machinery is a full-service equipment company that provides its global clients with a turn-key project solution for any challenge.
Our single machine products are all made to meet ISO and CE requirements, which applies to the execution of feed mill plants, biomass fuel pellet plants, wood pellet plants, wood chips plants, sawmills, cat litter factory, organic fertilizer pellet plant, etc. These requirements ensure that that appropriate controls are in place at every stage of the manufacturing of products and systems for your business.
Country: Cambodia
Cambodia’s large cassava sector gives poultry producers access to a locally available energy ingredient, but using cassava in broiler feed is not simply a matter of replacing maize kilogram for kilogram. Cassava root meal is rich in starch but relatively low in protein and several essential nutrients, so inclusion level, protein supplementation, raw-material preparation, and feed formulation all need to be controlled.

Country: Turkey
The tofu cat litter granules making machine in Turkey was supplied for a Turkish pet-products manufacturer adding a plant-based litter product to an existing cat litter operation. The customer had already been selling mineral-based litter and working with local packaging and distribution channels, but wanted to test a biodegradable tofu litter formula without rebuilding the entire factory around a completely new production system. One MSZLH320 ring die cat litter pellet machine was therefore purchased as the main forming unit for the new production section.

Country: Germany
The Lower Saxony manufacturer did not need a dryer simply because its kibble contained fresh meat. The real engineering problem was controlling moisture after extrusion without creating large differences between the surface and the center of the kibble. Its existing drying section had limited flexibility over residence time, bed depth, and airflow distribution, which became more noticeable as the company introduced denser, meat-rich dog and cat food formulas.

Country: Norway
For this Norwegian fertilizer producer, the investment decision was not driven by a need to process raw poultry manure faster. The company already had access to stabilized poultry-manure material and basic preprocessing equipment, but the loose fertilizer was inconvenient to store, transport, meter, and sell through agricultural distribution channels. The missing step was a reliable pelletizing stage that could turn prepared organic material into a more standardized commercial product.

Country: Gambia
The Upper River Region processor did not invest in a new hammer mill because groundnut haulms were difficult to find. The real problem was turning a highly variable, dusty forage residue into a consistent product that sheep and goat farmers could actually use. Groundnut hay already has an established role in small-ruminant feeding in The Gambia, so the opportunity was not to invent a new market, but to improve the way an existing forage resource was prepared and sold.

Country: Peru
The Cañete Valley farm did not need another complete feed mill. Grinding equipment, ingredient storage, weighing points and feed distribution were already in place, but the mixing stage was still relying on a labor-intensive system that could not consistently distribute small quantities of minerals and premix through large batches of maize- and soybean-based pig feed. As production increased, the mixer became the part of the feed process most likely to undermine formulation control.

Country: Switzerland
The reason this Bern-region feed mill changed its pelletizer was not that Swiss dairy farms suddenly needed more compound feed. In fact, the opposite consideration shaped the project: Swiss cattle feeding is strongly forage-based, so the mill had to produce a smaller quantity of concentrate pellets with very consistent nutrient density, physical quality, and batch control. Its older pellet press was still running, but variable throughput and increasing maintenance interruptions were making it difficult to supply those concentrates efficiently.

Country: Canada
At a plastics recovery facility in British Columbia, the problem was not a shortage of recyclable material. The problem was volume. Empty milk jugs, detergent containers, juice bottles, and other rigid plastic containers occupied too much space and entered the washing section irregularly. Operators were spending unnecessary time manually compacting and breaking oversized containers before they could move through the rest of the recycling process.

Country: Ukraine
For a corn-growing cooperative in Vinnytsia Oblast, the value of the harvest did not end when the grain left the field. Every season also produced large volumes of corn stalks, husks, leaves, and cobs. Some residues could remain on the land, but the recoverable fraction collected around harvesting and grain-handling operations represented a potential biomass fuel source. The cooperative therefore introduced a RICHI MZLH420 corn biomass pellet machine in Ukraine to turn prepared corn residues into dense 8 mm fuel pellets.

Country: Indonesia
The North Sumatra customer was already familiar with EFB long before pellet production entered the discussion. The company handled palm-processing residues for biomass users and had access to empty fruit bunches from nearby palm oil mills, but transporting wet, bulky EFB over long distances was inefficient.

Country: Laos
The turning point in this Laos fertilizer project came when the customer’s compost yard began producing more stabilized cattle manure than its existing pellet presses could handle. Compost quality was no longer the main problem. The bottleneck was converting loose, bulky organic material into a standardized product that could be screened, bagged and sold through agricultural dealers without relying on labor-intensive small machines.

Country: Jordan
For this northern Jordan forage operation, the pressure point appeared after the alfalfa had already been harvested and dried. Baled hay was bulky, difficult to ration consistently across several livestock groups, and took considerable storage space during the months when forage production was concentrated. The farm therefore began looking at pelleting not as a replacement for alfalfa production, but as a way to convert part of its existing hay crop into a denser and easier-to-handle feed product.
