This is a project about a cow manure fertilizer pellet machine in Ethiopia. The client had been using traditional composting methods and small-scale pellet presses for years. However, these methods were labor-intensive, time-consuming, and produced inconsistent pellet quality. Pellets often had irregular sizes, broke easily during transportation, and had uneven nutrient distribution.

This is a project about a grain grinder for chicken feed in Canada. In early 2025, a mid-sized poultry feed factory in Ontario, Canada, decided to upgrade its feed milling process by purchasing a dedicated grain grinder for chicken feed. The factory produces balanced feeds primarily for broilers and layers, serving both local farms and regional distributors.

A Swedish organic pet brand has successfully transitioned from importing plant-based cat litter to local production, using a RICHI MSZLH320 pellet mill. The project leverages certified organic cereal byproducts from local farms in Skåne and Östergötland to create the Nordic region's first KRAV-certified, locally produced organic cat litter.

They manage approximately 10,000 head of sheep and 2,500 cattle, and are constantly seeking solutions to maximize feed efficiency and quality during the long winter season.

A medium-sized agricultural cooperative near Ruse, Bulgaria, has deployed two RICHI YPPK-2800 round bale shredders to convert sunflower stalks and corn silage into high-value substrate for a community biogas plant and livestock feed.

Our client in this project is a medium-scale feed mill located near the fertile agricultural zones of the Sierra region, dedicated mainly to producing feed pellets for both beef and dairy cattle farms.

A poultry feed cooperative in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, about 100km east of Addis Ababa, had a simple problem: they were losing too much feed to giveaway. The cooperative supplies pelleted feed to about 300 small chicken farms in the surrounding area. Farmers pay by the bag. If the bags are overweight, the cooperative loses money. If they are underweight, farmers complain.

A leading Ukrainian agro-holding invested in two RICHI RCYP200G puffed soybean extruders to pivot from raw commodity exports to domestic value-added production. The goal was to supply high-quality, full-fat extruded soybeans to the recovering national livestock and poultry feed industry.

This project involves a micro-grinder for a fish feed mill in Bangladesh. A fish feed mill in the Mymensingh region of Bangladesh, about 120km north of Dhaka, was expanding their product line. They had been producing feed for pangasius (a large catfish species) using a feed hammer mill that achieved 300-400 microns. Pangasius are not picky – they eat coarse feed. But then they decided to add tilapia feed to their product line. Tilapia are smaller fish with smaller mouths. They need finer feed – 200-250 microns.
