A large flour milling cooperative in Kostanay, Kazakhstan, processes 100,000 tons of wheat annually, generating approximately 10,000 tons of wet wheat husks at 20-25% moisture. The material was historically sold as low-grade feed at a minimal price, representing a significant missed revenue opportunity.

Ecuador’s livestock sector, particularly cattle farming, plays a significant role in the country’s agricultural economy. Our client in this project is a medium-scale feed mill located near the fertile agricultural zones of the Sierra region, dedicated mainly to producing feed pellets for both beef and dairy cattle farms.

A poultry feed cooperative in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, about 100km east of Addis Ababa, had a simple problem: they were losing too much feed to giveaway. The cooperative supplies pelleted feed to about 300 small chicken farms in the surrounding area. Farmers pay by the bag. If the bags are overweight, the cooperative loses money. If they are underweight, farmers complain.

A leading Ukrainian agro-holding invested in two RICHI RCYP200G puffed soybean extruders to pivot from raw commodity exports to domestic value-added production. The goal was to supply high-quality, full-fat extruded soybeans to the recovering national livestock and poultry feed industry.

This project involves a micro-grinder for a fish feed mill in Bangladesh. A fish feed mill in the Mymensingh region of Bangladesh, about 120km north of Dhaka, was expanding their product line. They had been producing feed for pangasius (a large catfish species) using a feed hammer mill that achieved 300-400 microns. Pangasius are not picky – they eat coarse feed. But then they decided to add tilapia feed to their product line. Tilapia are smaller fish with smaller mouths. They need finer feed – 200-250 microns.

An ryegrass hammer mill machine in Denmark was the solution for a mixed livestock farm near Silkeborg that was looking to improve feed efficiency for their horses and goats. Denmark has a strong equine tradition, with about 200,000 horses, plus a growing goat dairy sector.

This project concerns a 1–2 t/h animal feed pellet machine for sale in Kenya. A farmers' cooperative in Kiambu County, Kenya, about 30km north of Nairobi, had 500 members who raised poultry. Most were small-scale farmers with 200-500 broilers per batch. They were buying feed from commercial mills in Nairobi. The price was high. The quality was inconsistent. And the transport cost added another 15%. The cooperative leaders decided to start their own feed mill to serve their members.

This is a project regarding a dog food pellet cooler in Australia. A premium pet food manufacturer in New South Wales, Australia, near Sydney, was producing grain-free kibble for dogs. The recipe was high in protein and fat – 35% protein from chicken meal and lamb meal, and 18% fat from chicken fat and fish oil. The challenge was cooling. The kibble was exiting the extruder at 90-95°C with the fat distributed throughout the pellet.

A pet food manufacturer in Canterbury, New Zealand, was developing a super-premium dog food line featuring locally sourced functional ingredients: green-lipped mussel (for joint health), kiwifruit (for digestive enzymes), and manuka honey (for antibacterial properties).

This is a project regarding a cassava feed pellet machine in Vietnam. A pig feed mill in Dong Nai province, Vietnam, near Ho Chi Minh City, was producing starter feed for weaned piglets. Vietnam is a major cassava producer, and cassava is significantly cheaper than imported corn.

This is a project regarding a shrimp feed pellet making machine in Guatemala. With a combined output of 1.2–1.6 t/h, the new line enables them to supply regional shrimp farms, build a local brand, and offer a reliable alternative to imported feed – all while utilizing their existing plant backbone.
