For a cattle feedlot in Mato Grosso, bringing concentrate production in-house was less about adding another piece of equipment and more about gaining control over one of its largest recurring feed costs. The operation selected an SZLH350 feed granulator machine in Brazil to produce 6 mm cattle concentrate pellets from locally available corn, soybean meal, cottonseed by-products, minerals and other formulation ingredients, using the farm’s existing grain storage and feed-handling infrastructure.

An Australian premium pet food manufacturer upgraded its cooling section with an SKLF17×17 cat food pellet cooler in Australia to handle approximately 6 T/H of coated cat kibble. The new cooler was installed after the coating system to reduce kibble temperature from around 65–70°C to a level suitable for downstream handling and packaging while minimizing unnecessary abrasion of the freshly coated product.

The plant already had grinding, fine-grinding, conveying and extrusion equipment, so the customer did not need another complete feed line.

A maize stover hammer mill in North Macedonia was purchased by a mixed crop and livestock farm near Sveti Nikole to make better use of corn residues left after grain harvest. The farm already handled its own forage and mixed part of its cattle feed on site, but long maize stalks, leaves, husks and cob fractions were too irregular to use efficiently without additional size reduction.

The customer already operated a complete raw material preparation and feed production system, including grinding, batching, mixing, conveying and cooling equipment, so the project did not require a new turnkey cattle feed line.

A plastic bottle smasher in Germany was purchased by a recycling operator that needed to improve the first size-reduction stage for bulky post-consumer plastic containers.
