RICHI MACHINERY has entered the installation phase of a 20-ton-per-hour poultry feed production line in southern Turkey, supporting a regional feed producer’s expansion into high-efficiency broiler and layer feed manufacturing.
The animal feed factory project focuses on producing complete compound feed for both meat and egg poultry, using corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, and vitamin-mineral premixes.
The customer sought a modernized facility capable of automated batching, precise formulation, and consistent pellet quality. RICHI provided a turnkey solution covering civil layout, equipment supply, and process design.

The system is designed for both pellet and crumble production, allowing flexibility across different poultry growth stages.
RICHI engineers focused heavily on mixing uniformity and pellet durability. The mixer achieves a CV below 5%, ensuring consistent nutrient distribution.
Steam conditioning improves starch gelatinization, enhancing digestibility and feed conversion ratios.
The plant also incorporates oil addition units for energy enrichment and dust recovery systems to maintain workshop cleanliness.
RICHI technicians arrived on site in December 2025. Equipment erection is now 70% complete, with electrical wiring and control cabinet installation currently underway.
Trial production is scheduled for late February, with full commissioning expected in March.
