• Composting and Fermentation: Cow dung and crop residues are fermented for 10–14 days in enclosed fermentation tanks to reduce odor and pathogens. The process includes a turning and moisture control system to maintain optimal decomposition.
• Crushing and Mixing: The composted material is crushed to 5–10 mm and mixed with microbial additives in a twin-shaft mixer for uniformity.
• Granulation: A high-efficiency cow dung pellet making machine produces fertilizer pellets with a diameter of 6–8 mm, suitable for mechanized spreading or bagging.
• Drying and Cooling: Rotary drum dryers reduce pellet moisture to 10%, and coolers stabilize the pellets for storage.
• Screening and Packaging: Vibrating screens remove fines, and automated bagging systems package the final fertilizer for commercial distribution.

The process also includes dust collection and odor control systems, critical in Thailand’s humid climate to prevent operational issues and ensure compliance with local environmental regulations.
