After the operation of this project, it can achieve an annual production of 62,000 tons of feed, which is mainly divided into additive premix feed, compound feed and concentrated feed. The feed plant project will build a boiler room, which is equipped with a 2t/h boiler. The heat source is pipeline natural gas. The boiler has its own soft water preparation machine to provide heat source for project product production and office.

Production process introduction

Process design of additive premix feed

This 8-10t/h animal feed mill plant in New Zealand project is equipped with a negative pressure batching room and a special workbench. The raw materials of additive premix feed are corn, soybean meal, calcium powder, salt, complex trace elements, complex vitamins and general additives. The raw materials after manual weighing are directly mixed in a double cone mixer by a bucket elevator.

The mixing process is closed. The mixing takes 3 to 5 minutes to mix evenly into the product. Then the discharge port is connected to the quantitative packaging machine. After packaging, it is put into the finished product warehouse for sale.

Introduction to the process flow of compound feed

  1. The raw materials of compound feed for this 8-10t/h animal feed mill plant in New Zealand project include soybean meal, bran, corn, crude fiber grass, complex trace elements, complex vitamins, general additives, soybean oil, salt and calcium powder.
  2. Among them, soybean meal, bran, corn, crude fiber grass and other large-particle raw materials that need to be crushed are put into different-grade silos by bucket elevator (a primary cleaning screen and a diversion adapter are installed above the silo.
  3. The aperture of the primary cleaning screen is 10mm, which is mainly used to ensure that the incoming materials do not contain large-particle impurities and iron-containing impurities; the diversion adapter is used to distribute the incoming materials from the elevator to the set silo). The process is controlled by a manual computer.
  4. The technicians input the product formula into the computer, and the computer prepares it according to the weight of different raw materials. After preparation, it enters the crusher for crushing.
  5. The crushed raw materials enter the silo through the bucket elevator. After automatic measurement, they enter the mixer and mix with complex trace elements, complex vitamins, general additives, soybean oil, calcium powder and salt. The mixer is closed during the mixing process. Mix evenly in 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. The evenly mixed materials enter the bucket elevator from the chute under the silo at the lower opening of the mixer, enter the silo, and are automatically metered before being transported to the conditioner equipped with the animal feed pelletizer. Steam is introduced into the conditioner to mature the raw materials.
  7. The temperature is about 80°C and the maturation time is about 2 minutes. The maturation process does not belong to fermentation (the fermentation temperature is generally around 38°C).
  8. The matured material is brought into the pelletizing process in the animal feed granulator through a closed auger, and pellets are produced through a pelletizing ring film. The pelletizing temperature is about 60℃ and the time is about 1 minute.
  9. In addition, the hardness of the originally hard material is reduced after the high-temperature steam, and the tissue becomes softer, which is conducive to the subsequent pelleting process.
  10. After pelletizing, it enters the cooler for air cooling, and then enters the grading screen to screen out cylindrical particles with a particle size of 2-10mm, which enter the finished product warehouse for packaging. The products with small particle sizes are re-entered into the pelletizer for pelleting, and finally packaged by the automatic packaging machine and put into storage for sale.
  11. The company purchases about 30% of the finished raw materials (soybean meal, bran, corn, and crude fiber grass after crushing). During production, the materials are fed from the feed port that does not need to be crushed.
  12. After feeding, the materials enter the corresponding silo through the elevator for standby. The subsequent production process is the same as above and will not be repeated.

Process flow of concentrated feed

  1. The raw materials of concentrated feed for this 8-10t/h animal feed mill plant in New Zealand project include soybean meal, calcium powder, salt, glucose, soybean oil, compound trace elements, compound vitamins and general additives.
  2. The soybean meal (the raw material to be crushed) is put into the silo by bucket elevator (a primary cleaning screen and a diversion adapter are installed above the silo. The aperture of the primary cleaning screen is 10mm, which is mainly used to ensure that the incoming material does not contain large-size impurities and iron-containing impurities.

  5. The evenly mixed materials are injected into the finished product bin through the lower opening of the mixer through the elevator distributor, and then enter the packaging machine for packaging through the pipeline. After packaging, they are stored for sale.

Note: The customer purchases about 30% of the finished raw materials (soybean meal, bran, corn, and crude fiber grass after crushing). During production, the materials are fed from the feed port that does not require crushing.

    Mainly the noise generated by the operation of equipment such as double-screw cone mixer, crusher, mixer, granulator, cooler, grading screen, automatic baler and dust collector fan.
  4. Solid waste:
    The general solid waste generated during the operation of the animal feed processing plant project is mainly employee domestic garbage, screened impurities, waste filter materials and waste activated carbon. The hazardous waste is mainly waste oil generated during equipment maintenance and lubrication.
