The process design of this 8t/h fish feed plant in Bangladesh project is: after the purchased raw materials are transported to the raw material warehouse for storage in the factory, they are transferred to their respective feeding ports.

Power consumption:
The power supply used in this 8t/h fish feed factory in Bangladesh project is a dual-circuit power supply. The power supply is introduced from a nearby high-voltage line and is reduced to 380/220 volts three-phase four-wire by a transformer before being sent to the workshop through a low-voltage distribution cabinet. The total electricity consumption is 270,000 kWh/year.

Water consumption:
All water used in the fish food processing line is provided by the municipal water network and is used for daily office and production operations of employees. There are 18 project employees, so the water consumption of the 8t/h fish feed factory in Bangladesh project is 1.29t/d, 387t/a. The sewage is calculated based on the sewage discharge coefficient of 0.9, and the domestic sewage generated by the project is 1.161t/d, 348.3t/a.
The water consumption of the boiler is about 1760t/a, and the boiler wastewater is directly discharged into the sewage pipe network as clean water and into nearby ditches. The fresh water supply for boiler equipment is 300t/a.
The wastewater generated by the boiler system of this 8t/h fish feed factory in Bangladesh project is clean water and will be used to reduce dust in the factory. It will not be discharged to the outside and will have no impact on the surrounding water environment.
During the floating fish feed production process, raw material receiving tank, crushing, ingredient mixing, ultra-fine crushing, secondary mixing and other processes will generate dust. The boiler's emissions of sulfur dioxide, particulate matter, and nitrogen oxides can meet the requirements of the "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards" (particulate matter ≤ 20 mg/m3, sulfur dioxide ≤ 35 mg/m3, and nitrogen oxides ≤ 150 mg/m3 , carbon monoxide ≤200mg/m3).
The boiler exhaust gas can meet the emission standards for newly built biomass-fired molded fuel boilers in the "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards" and has little impact on the surrounding environment.
The raw materials of this 8t/h fish feed mill plant in Bangladesh project contain rapeseed meal, soybean meal, etc. These raw materials will emit odor during the puffing and drying process. In addition, the raw material yard will also emit a certain amount of odor due to the large amount of raw materials stored.
The odor generated during the puffing and drying stages is planned to be treated by installing a UV light deodorization device. After the odor is collected, it is deodorized by UV light and then discharged through a 35m high exhaust pipe.
The small amount of odor generated by the raw material yard can meet the "Emission Standard of Odor Pollutants" by controlling the storage volume and closed storage.
