  6. Extrusion: The raw materials are placed in a closed container and the product is extruded by floating fish feed machine heating and pressurizing.
  7. Drying: The biomass pellet fuel steam boiler is used to heat the feed by fish feed dryer machine to dry the moisture in the fish feed.
  8. Packing: Pack the dried fish feed products into bags.

Power consumption:

The power supply used in this 8t/h fish feed factory in Bangladesh project is a dual-circuit power supply. The power supply is introduced from a nearby high-voltage line and is reduced to 380/220 volts three-phase four-wire by a transformer before being sent to the workshop through a low-voltage distribution cabinet. Project environmental protection measures


Sewage treatment

Atmospheric environmental impact

The boiler exhaust gas can meet the emission standards for newly built biomass-fired molded fuel boilers in the "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards" and has little impact on the surrounding environment.

The raw materials of this 8t/h fish feed mill plant in Bangladesh project contain rapeseed meal, soybean meal, etc. These raw materials will emit odor during the puffing and drying process. In addition, the raw material yard will also emit a certain amount of odor due to the large amount of raw materials stored.

The odor generated during the puffing and drying stages is planned to be treated by installing a UV light deodorization device. After the odor is collected, it is deodorized by UV light and then discharged through a 35m high exhaust pipe.

The small amount of odor generated by the raw material yard can meet the "Emission Standard of Odor Pollutants" by controlling the storage volume and closed storage.


Acoustic environment impact
