This is the 20t/h livestock and 5t/h extruded fish feed factory in Russia project signed by us in 2022. The project covers a total area of 3,000 square meters and a total construction area of 3,270 square meters, including a warehouse construction area of 2,000 square meters and a production workshop construction area of 1,000 square meters. The land used for this project is construction land and has a good ecological environment.

Properties of main raw and auxiliary materials:

  • Vitamin additive: a microbial product that can stimulate the reproduction and growth of its own beneficial bacteria while resisting the growth of harmful bacteria, including vitamins A, D2, E, K3, B1, D3, B2, B6, C and multiple vitamins. ​
  • Amino acid additive (threonine): white orthorhombic or crystalline powder. Odorless, slightly sweet taste. Melts and decomposes at 253°C. It is widely used in feed additives and has the following characteristics: ① It can adjust the amino acid balance of feed and promote the growth of livestock and poultry; ② It can improve meat quality; ③ It can improve the nutritional value of feed with low amino acid digestibility; ④ It can reduce the cost of feed raw materials. ​
  • Allicin premix: light yellow oily liquid. Boiling point 80-85℃ (0.2kPa), relative density 1.112 (20/4℃), refractive index 1.561. Soluble in ethanol, chloroform or ether. The solubility in water is 2.5% (10℃), the pH value of its aqueous solution is 6.5, and an oily precipitate will form when left to stand. Allicin has a highly effective bactericidal effect. Experiments have shown that 1 ppm of allicin can have antibacterial and bactericidal effects and can replace antibiotics in feed. ​
  • Mineral additives: including copper, iron, zinc, cobalt, manganese, iodine, selenium, calcium, phosphorus, etc., which can regulate body metabolism, promote growth and development, enhance disease resistance, and improve feed utilization. After adding it, the daily weight gain of pigs can generally be increased by 10% to 20%, and the feed cost can be reduced by 8% to 10%. ​
  • Propionic acid type antifungal agent: colorless clear oily liquid. Slightly pungent stench. Miscible with water and soluble in ethanol, chloroform and ether. Since fish meal and other concentrated feeds contain high oil content and are easily oxidized and deteriorated after being stored for a long time, adding ethoxyquin, etc. can prevent feed oxidation, and adding propionic acid can prevent feed mildew. ​
  • Enzyme preparations: The enzyme preparations used in this project are mainly amylase, lipase, maltase, mannanase, pectinase, phytase, protease, etc.

Water supply and drainage

Water supply project

The water used in this 20t/h pig and 5t/h extruded fish feed factory in Russia project is mainly domestic water for employees, steam boiler water, and boiler dust removal water. The estimated water consumption of this project is 5772t/a.

This project has a labor capacity of 15 people, an annual working day of 240 days, and no accommodation. The production water consumption of this project is 5500m3/a; the fresh water for boiler dust removal is 20m3/a.

The project water comes from local water supply pipelines, and its water quantity and quality can meet the normal water supply requirements for production, life and fire protection of the project.

Drainage project

The rainwater of this 20t/h pig and 5t/h extruded floating fish feed factory in Russia project is introduced into the initial rainwater collection tank through the rainwater pipe network for precipitation, and is discharged into the west pond after precipitation.

The wastewater used for steam boiler dust removal is recycled after precipitation and is not discharged; no wastewater is generated in the production of this project; domestic sewage is treated. After treatment in the septic tank, it will be used as fertilizer for surrounding crops and will not be discharged outside.

Process design of 5 t/hfish feed factory in Russia project

  1. Raw material receiving and cleaning
    After the main raw materials required for production enter the fish feed factory from cars, the raw materials that need to be crushed are screened to remove impurities through preliminary cleaning and magnetic separators to remove ferrous impurities.
  2. Crushing section
    The raw and auxiliary materials of the 20t/h pig and 5t/h extruded fish feed factory in Russia project, such as corn, wheat bran, cotton meal, etc., are crushed by a crusher after cleaning and removing impurities.
  3. Ingredient mixing section
    According to the formula requirements, various raw materials participating in the ingredients are weighed and entered into the mixer in turn.
  4. Ultrafine grinding section
    Because the finer the particles, the larger their surface area, the larger the contact area for the digestive juices of fish and pigs, thereby improving the digestibility of the feed and increasing its nutritional return.
  5. Secondary mixing section
    The ultrafinely ground raw materials are mixed again. The mixing process is carried out in a closed mixer.
  6. Puffing and drying section
    The secondary mixed raw and auxiliary materials are expanded by floating fish feed extruder machine, and then loaded into a multi-pass convection belt dryer for drying treatment. The moisture content of the dried feed is about 2%.
  7. Spraying and cooling section
    The spraying process of this 20t/h pig and 5t/h extruded fish feed factory in Russia project is the tempering process, which tempers the materials to be mixed into powdered feed with a certain moisture and humidity, which is conducive to granulation. After the process is completed, the materials are sent to the cooling machine for cooling treatment.
  8. Granulation section
    The mixed raw materials enter the pig feed pellet machine, and the temperature of the material is adjusted by steam to reach 80-85°C. The moisture content of the material is about 10%, and then the animal feed granulator is used to form granules with a specified particle size.
  9. Double feed packaging section
    Packed into warehouse and stored for sale.
  10. Steam boiler
    Production steam is provided by a 4t/h biomass steam boiler. Biomass boilers will produce a certain amount of waste gas and biomass ash.
