The raw material enters the elevator through the screw conveyor, and is lifted to the upper part of the elevator to enter the magnetic separation equipment.
Mainly remove iron-containing impurities in raw materials, avoid entering subsequent sections, and select permanent magnets for high-strength magnetism.
The material after magnetic separation is temporarily stored in the silo to be pulverized, and is slowly fed into the raw material by the screw conveyor through speed regulation.
The fish feed pulverizer coarsely pulverizes the raw materials and increases the surface area of the materials, which is convenient for conditioning and puffing in the subsequent sections.
Choose the SFSP series enhanced water drop mill for grinding fish feed materials. Pulverization increases the dust removal process and improves the pulverization efficiency.
The material is crushed by the fish feed grinder and then distributed to 4 silos to be extruded through the lower closed air screw conveyor, bucket elevator, upper part auger, and pneumatic gate.
The auger enters the extruder machine for fish feed at a constant speed to heat up, pressurize, knead, and then quickly eject from the die hole to complete the extruding process. Use the new EXP160 dry corn special extruder.
The temperature of the material after puffing is 110-140℃, and the temperature needs to be lowered in the cooling section to meet the requirements of the subsequent crushing and packaging section. The patented technology of the cooling silo is used to quickly reduce the temperature of the extruder feed.
The puffed feed is cylindrical and large in shape. The feed is crumbled by a crumbler, and then pulverized into a powdery feed, which is subjected to negative pressure sedimentation through a high-pressure fan and a cyclone dust collector.
After the negative pressure settling, the powdery materials enter the elevator for material screening, the floating fish pellets that meet the requirements enter the finished product warehouse, and the materials that do not meet the requirements enter the fish feed hammer mill for re-pulverization. After pulverization, they are lifted again and entered into the screening.
