Public works Water supply Part of the water used in the factory is provided by the municipal pipe network, and the rest is provided by well water.

Waste gas treatment The workshop is a closed space; the crushing process, granulation process and cooling process are connected to the cyclone dust collector, the exhaust gas of the cyclone dust collector is connected to the bag dust collector, and the dust settled in the workshop is cleaned and treated with a vacuum cleaner.
Wastewater treatment The wastewater from the canteen is treated in the grease trap and discharged into the septic tank together with domestic sewage. After treatment in the septic tank, it is used as agricultural fertilizer and is not discharged outside.
Solid waste disposal The collected dust is reused in the production process; domestic garbage is regularly cleared and disposed of.

Molded biomass pellet products: The raw materials are mainly husks, with a diameter of about 8mm, a length of 2~3cm, an ash content of ≦8.0%, a density of ≧1.1t/m3, and a low calorific value of 3200kg/kcal. The moisture content of the finished product is less than 2%.

The process of this 6t/h rice husk pellet factory in India project has strict requirements on the moisture content of raw materials. The moisture content of the raw materials purchased for this project is less than 12%, and the moisture content of the finished product is not higher than 2%.

  1. Crushing
    The raw materials pass through the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor and enter the feed port of the crusher for crushing. Crushing is to turn large-diameter solid raw materials into smaller particles. Since there are large-diameter blocks in the purchased raw materials, crushing is required to avoid affecting the normal operation of the subsequent granulation process.
  2. Granulation
    The raw materials after crushing are fed from the feed port. Under high temperature and high pressure conditions, the moisture is discharged into the atmosphere in the form of water vapor through the roof exhaust fan.
    The raw materials are pressed by rice husk biomass pellet machine into molded biomass rice husk pellets and transported to the next process via the belt conveyor. Electric heating is used in the granulation process.
  3. Packaging
    The formed biomass pellets are transported to the elevator via a conveyor belt, lifted to a higher position, cooled by induced draft in a cooler, and packaged into bags.

The entire production process of the project is completed on a closed production line, with only the raw material conveying, pelletizing feed conveying, and finished product conveying being open. The closed operation process is equipped with a bag dust collector for dust control, and the open operation process is equipped with a sweeper and a vacuum cleaner for dust control.

The main gate is located on the west side of the project, close to the highway, which is convenient for the transportation of raw materials and the output of finished products. The factory area consists of a production workshop, a warehouse and an office and living area, from north to south: warehouse, production workshop, office and living area.

The production workshop is located in the middle of the project, the finished product warehouse is located on the west side of the production workshop, the crushing area is located on the northeast side of the production workshop, the granulation area is located on the west side of the crushing area, and the packaging area is located on the south side of the production workshop.
