The new build 2t/h biomass pellet plant project's raw materials are wood shavings, sawdust, rice straw, wood scraps, wooden blocks, wooden boards, wooden strips, wood chips, etc. The raw materials are crushed into Ø3 ~ 8mm particles with a widely used good quality wood chipper shredder.

The particle size of the first crushed raw material is still large, and it is not easy to granulate by pelletizing machine for biomass. Use a wood hammer mill for wood chips to further crush it to make it easier to process.

Put the crushed raw materials into the biomass wood pellet machine. Driven by the motor, the propeller rotates at a high speed, and the raw materials are brought into the biomass wood pellets machine's forming cylinder with its own ring die.
