• Water supply and drainage

  This 12.5t/h wood pellet factory project uses the municipal water supply pipe network of Yankou Town. The drainage system of the wood pellet factory area shall be implemented with the rainwater and sewage diversion system.

  The wastewater in the 12.5tph large wood pellet factory area is mainly domestic sewage. After the domestic sewage is treated in the septic tank, it is regularly cleaned and used as agricultural fertilizer, and is not discharged outside.

1. Crushing and pulverizing

   The main raw materials, straw and wood chips, are pulverized by wood crusher machines and straw crushers to make the particle size less than 5mm.

   

2. Drying

   For some waste wood scraps with high water content, it is necessary to dry the granules that have been pulverized as raw materials to make their moisture content meet the requirements for granulation (moisture content is less than 5%).

   The materials in this wood pellet factory project are dried. The wood dyer machine is usually equipped with a biomass hot blast stove or boiler, and the fuel is biomass pellets.
   

3. Conveying and feeding

   The raw materials are sucked into the feeding port of the wood pellet making machine through the feeding auger.

4. Pelletizing

   The raw materials are fed into the wood& straw pellet machines through the feeding auger, and the finished product is made by extrusion molding. The extrusion process is a physical process, no adhesive is added, and no chemical reaction occurs.
   

   Except for the connection of the feeding auger, the pelleting systems for straw wood machine is sealed at the place and the discharge port and outside.

5. Conveying and cooling

   The granulated biomass pellets are naturally cooled by conveying, so that the temperature can reach the conditions of packaging and storage, and finally conveyed to the finished product storage tank.

6. Packaging and warehousing
