The beans are then metered through enclosed conveyors to cleaning stations equipped with magnetic separators to remove any ferrous impurities, ensuring equipment protection and product purity.
  2. High-Capacity Grinding: The cleaned beans are fed into powerful dual-rotor hammer mills (SFSP-S66*50). This reduction to a uniform meal is critical for the efficiency of the downstream conditioning and extrusion stages. This is a major point of dust generation, managed by an integrated, high-volume negative pressure dust collection system.
  3. Pre-Conditioning and Extrusion: The soybean meal is conditioned with precise amounts of steam generated from sustainable biomass fuel. The conditioned meal is then fed into the large-scale RICHI wet extruders (HDEP300). Within the extruder barrel, the combination of intense pressure, friction-generated heat, and mechanical shear instantly cooks the meal, destroying trypsin inhibitors and urease, and rendering the oil and protein highly digestible.
  4. Cooling and Drying: The hot, expanded extrudate is discharged into massive vertical stack coolers. Powerful fans draw ambient air through the product bed, simultaneously cooling it and reducing moisture to a shelf-stable level. The cooling process generates a secondary stream of dust, which is captured by efficient cyclone separators.
  5. Size Standardization and Packaging: The cooled product may pass through a gentle crushing stage to break up any clumps before being conveyed to large finished product bins. Fully automated packaging systems (LCS50) accurately weigh and fill 50kg bags at high speed, which are then palletized and transferred by automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to the expansive warehouse for storage and shipment.
