The final mixture contains approximately 65% chicken manure and 35% fibrous materials. Before granulation, the composted material is adjusted to suitable moisture conditions, generally around 18–22%, to improve forming performance.

The target fertilizer pellet diameter for this project is 6 mm. This size is suitable for both agricultural field application and retail fertilizer packaging because it provides good spreading performance while maintaining sufficient pellet strength during transportation.

Equipment Selection: FZLH320 Chicken Manure Granulating Machine

After evaluating the customer’s production requirements, the FZLH320 was selected as the core granulating equipment.

The chicken manure pellet machine capacity matches the customer’s production scale, which is approximately 15–20 tons of fertilizer pellets per day under normal operation. The compact structure allows installation within an existing fertilizer workshop without requiring significant space expansion.

Production Process from Compost to Finished Fertilizer Pellets

The customer’s production process follows a simple and efficient workflow:

1. Composted chicken manure is collected and prepared with agricultural fiber materials.
2. The materials are mixed evenly to achieve stable nutrient distribution.
3. The prepared mixture enters the FZLH320 fertilizer granulator machine through the feeding system.
4. The ring die compresses the material into uniform 6 mm fertilizer pellets.
5. The finished pellets are cooled, screened, and packed for agricultural customers.

The compression process improves fertilizer handling performance by reducing dust and creating a more convenient product form compared with loose compost materials.
