Customer demand analysis

At the beginning of the manure granulator in Poland project, the customer explained his needs to us in detail.

The customer put forward four core requirements for selection of manure granulator in Poland:

• Low vibration design: the spindle is dynamically balanced (vibration value ≤2.5mm/s) to reduce equipment fatigue loss.
• Frequency conversion speed regulation system: automatically adjust the spindle speed (18~35rpm) according to the material characteristics to optimize the production capacity and energy consumption ratio.
• Optimized power configuration: power consumption per ton of material ≤25kWh (15%~20% lower than the industry average). Forming rate ≥95% (traditional equipment is about 85%~90%), crushing strength ≥12N (meeting the requirements of mechanized fertilization), smooth particle surface, adjustable diameter (3~8mm).
• Closed structure: With pulse dust removal, the dust concentration in the working area is less than 10mg/m³ (in compliance with OSHA standards).
• Self-cleaning system: The roller is designed with a scraper to prevent material adhesion and reduce the frequency of shutdown for cleaning.
• Modular maintenance: Key components such as gearboxes and bearings can be quickly disassembled to reduce maintenance time costs.
• Raw material test optimization: Free material trial production is provided to determine the optimal ring die compression ratio, moisture content and other parameters.

Raw material characteristics

The raw material system used in this manure organic fertilizer production line project makes full use of its own resources. Chicken manure comes from caged laying hen farms, with a moisture content of about 65% and a total nitrogen content of 3.5-4.0%, which is the main source of nitrogen; cow manure comes from dairy cow sheds, with a moisture content of 80%, a high organic matter content (about 18%), but longer fibers.

The two types of manure are mixed in a ratio of 3:1, 10% straw powder is added to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio, 5% humic acid is added to improve the cation exchange capacity, and 3% bentonite is used as a natural binder.

Product standards and market positioning

The manure granulator in Poland project produces two types of organic fertilizer products.

1. Basic-level granular fertilizer mainly meets the basic requirements of EU fertilizer regulations, with total nutrients (N+P2O5+K2O) ≥5%, organic matter ≥60%, and heavy metal content below the limit of 80%. This type of product is mainly used for self-owned farms and surrounding contract farmers, replacing 30% of chemical fertilizers.
2. High-end value-added products target the Western European organic agriculture market. By adding specific microbial agents (nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate-dissolving bacteria, etc.), it has obtained the German BCS organic certification and the French ECOCERT certification.
3. The product packaging is divided into 25kg bags (retail market) and 1 ton big bag (large farms), and the price is 2-3 times that of the basic level. A specially developed improved formula for sandy soils, with additional humic acid (8%) and diatomaceous earth (5%), increased potato yields by 15% in local trials.
