The client operates a municipal solid waste processing plant that transforms mixed urban waste into high-density RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) pellets. These pellets are primarily intended for use as industrial boiler fuel in nearby factories and energy plants.
The client’s prior setup consisted of a small shredder and manual compression units, which could not cope with the increasing volume of municipal waste generated in urban areas. The inconsistent pellet size and frequent downtime significantly reduced energy output and efficiency. To modernize operations and ensure a reliable fuel supply, the client decided to purchase two standalone MZLH350 RDF pelletizers as a first step toward a larger automated production line. By acquiring single machines, the client could test the process using current feedstocks and determine optimal operational parameters before committing to a complete line investment.
