Raw manure and crop residues are delivered to the plant, weighed, and unloaded at dedicated reception areas. Solid-liquid separation is applied where necessary.
Materials are loaded into fermentation tanks and subjected to aerobic composting for 20–25 days. Temperature is maintained between 55–65°C to ensure pathogen destruction and organic matter stabilization.
After fermentation, materials are crushed to uniform particle size. Additives such as straw powder or mineral supplements are mixed in to balance nutrient content.
Moisture content is reduced to approximately 15% using rotary drum dryers powered by natural gas. Exhaust gases are treated through cyclone separators and bag filters.
