RICHI Completed The Construction Of A Wood Pelletizing System In Romania

Recently, a complete set of biomass wood pelletizing system tailored by RICHI MACHINERY for a sawdust factory in Romania was officially put into production.

The system innovatively adopts a horizontal structure design. With its compact process layout and efficient resource utilization capabilities, it successfully solves the customer's pain points in equipment transportation, installation and subsequent expansion.

The equipment can be installed through modular layout, which greatly simplifies the on-site commissioning process and saves more than 50% of the time cost compared with the traditional installation method. More importantly, the structure supports customers to flexibly increase or decrease modules according to future production capacity needs, leaving sufficient space for subsequent expansion.

The wood biomass pellet production line project transports dry wood powder with a moisture content of 8% to the pelletizer feeder through the wind network system. In response to the problem of raw material moisture fluctuations, the system is equipped with an automatic water adding device, which can be adjusted to the optimal pelletizing humidity in real time.

The core equipment uses RICHI's new fully automatic MZLH520 biomass pellet machine, equipped with a variety of compression ratio ring die to meet customers' diverse requirements for pellet density and combustion efficiency. The finished products after pelletizing are also received in exclusive specially customized mobile boxes, which is convenient for storage and transportation of subsequent processes.

In addition, some systems use steel frames. RICHI strengthens the steel frame platform of the production line and uses galvanizing technology to cover the platform and wind network pipes to effectively resist harsh conditions such as moisture and corrosion and extend the service life of the equipment. The total power of the whole unit is only 105KW, and the floor area is only 16㎡. While achieving efficient production, it significantly reduces the customer's site and energy consumption costs, reaching the leading technical level in the industry.
