  1. Raw materials for straw pellets:
    The raw materials for production are purchased straw bales and straw powder (including straw, corn and other straw), bran powder and corn grits.
  2. Raw materials for alfalfa pellets:
    The raw materials for production are purchased alfalfa powder, bran powder and corn grits.
  3. Crushing:
    The raw straw must be crushed into corn grits-sized particles by a crusher to facilitate raw material pelleting. The crushed particles are packaged and transported to the raw material warehouse.
  4. Mixing:
    Add a certain amount of bran powder and corn grits to the straw powder or alfalfa powder, and then add a certain amount of water to mix well.
  5. Granulation:
    After mixing, the forage is transported to the grass pellet machine through the elevator. Friction between the forage and the roller template in the biomass alfalfa pellet machine can generate a lot of heat, soften the forage, and sterilize it. The pellets produced by extrusion increase the palatability.
    This kind of pellets will not break when soaked in warm water for 2-3 hours. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for ruminant livestock. The diameter of the forage pellets is 8-10mm.
  6. Cooling and air drying:
    The pellet feed extruded by the grass straw biomass pellet machine is sent to the cooler through a belt conveyor for cooling and drying.
  7. Finished product packaging:
    The cooled forage pellets are transported to the closed finished product warehouse through a closed belt conveyor for metering and packaging (100kg/bag). The packaged products are transported to the finished product warehouse and can be sold.
